I have received a call from this number, on my work phone and through messages from my receptionist at work. This person is crazy. His name was Damon Foster, so he said, but it's all crap. He claimed that he had a "paperless" law suit that he was going to file against me on Monday, December 26, 2011. Please keep in mind that 12/26/2011 is the day of observance for Christmas for all courthouses. So what was he going to file? I calmly ask him to explain to me what lawsuit this is, as I have no knowledge of this. He says, "oh, you have not been made aware of this." I tell him, no. He then says, "you have no idea about this lawsuit?" I again respond with no. I then say, please tell me about this suit that you're going to file on Monday, December 26, 2011 and have me arrested for. Please." He then gets upset. I remain calm, but will admit that my responses were beginning to be filled with sarcasm. After I asked him the same question for the last time, he gets frustrated and starts yelling at me. I of course hang up. I do not tolerate yelling from a stranger on the phone. That's silly.

i got a call from 516 323 1993 in the past two weeks and i didnt call him but he left me a message saying if i didnt respond to him that he would have me arrested and take me to court monday morning and block my social security number. so i called the douglas reda law firm and the guy there told me that he did trace it down to pakistan what can we do about this guy email me at thomasrimmer22@yahoo.com

I have gotten several phone calls at work, stating the fact that I accepted money from American Cash Advance via checking account.  First of all I have never heard of this company or taken any cash advances.  Second of all I don't have a checking account.  They know my home address, e-mail address, work phone and work address.  They told me that if I ignored this they would call my employer and tell of my actions.  I contacted the Michigan State Police about it and the officer said that it sounds like a scam and if they call back to get the name and number of the person calling.  Also to tell them that I am going to contact the authorities.  He also said that if I continue to get harrassed via phone or they send someone to either of the addresses they have to contact the polic or dial  9-1-1.

That is Awesome! This guy needs to be behind bars! I had to change my number and all my bank info cause of this. I can't believe there are people like this. Crazy!

The law offices of Camille and Fouche (pronounced Foo-shay)  are a divorce and bankruptcy law office out of Garden City, New York.  I received a call from this Chris Brown character and knew the law firms name because my father is a quite prevalent attorney.  I immediately rebutted with the proper pronunciation, which flustered him.  Needless to say i listened to him for a minute, and he threatened to have me ARRESTED AT WORK, and PROSECUTED IN COURT.  After the little rant i asked him a few more questions which of course he couldn't answer.  So i hung up and called the real Camille and Fouche, and asked for Chris Brown to which they responded with we have no Chris Brown.  I turned the information over to the law firm so they could prosecute for using a copy written name as well as falsified charges, fraud and whatever else has been going on.  Absolutely ridiculous...I also turned the information over to law enforcement and the FBI.  I would love to be a part of any event that may put this guy behind bars

thanks, i just got a phone call today saying he was John Wilson, I ask for the address of the law firm then i ask him for the zip code and he didn't know the zip code.

I received a phone call from the same phone number today, only claiming they were from the Law Offices of Camille C Fouch. they were saying I owed money that I never received from Cash Advance. They told me I was going to court tomorrow at 11AM and was going to be arrested and go to jail, but they wouldn't tell me which court I was going to. I contacted my best friend whom is a Private Investigator, he immediately sensed it was a scam, and suggested I inform the police. I punched the law firm into Google and pulled up the real firm's information. I called them, and spoke with Olivia at the front desk. I ran the phone number they called me from by her and she told me it didn't belong to them. I called the police and spoke with the sheriff that came to the house, and he told me something similar happened to his brother, only they were claiming they were from the FBI. This entire thing is now documented with the Aiken County Sheriff's department, and I spoke with the gentleman who runs the Law firm, he is going to be doing a little work of his own. Don't worry, everyone. This will all end, soon. Just don't fall for this, and DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT give them any money!

I have gotten the same phone calls from a chris brown being very abusive and rude. He also has threatened to get sheriffs to come arrest me. I want him prosecuted.

received a call from 516-323-1993/John Wilson from Douglas Reda law firm stating that I had a law suit filed against me from October of this year.  I have received several calls from different phone numbers from the same John Wilson or Chris Brown stating the same.  this time I told him that I had turned all of his information to the fbi who was investigating the scam.  please do the same and file a complaint on fbi.gov so they will investigate.  all they are wanting is money wired to them in one fashion or another that can't be traced back to them.
