Keeps calling without leaving a message

keeps calling me non stop, and leaves a message that is blank. its only 9 in the morning right now, and i had received 4 calls from them already.

Caller ID says NCO Financial. They call often but never leave a message. I don't have financial problems so have no clue why they call over and over.

This company is using so many different numbers I looked the numbers up thats how i know same company. Its been nonstop everyday even Sunday morning it started at 9:36am they started calling every hour up to 10:30pm. There should be something we can do about the harressing calls everyday every hour.

I keep getting calls from NCO, but they are starting to come from different numbers and area codes now.

They never leave a message....but they WON'T stop calling.

I have NEVER had a Capital One account, and I have never used "Bill Me Later" -- both of these things I've seen posted on sites about why NCO would be calling.

I have been filing complaints on the Do Not Call website every time I get one of these calls. I HOPE others will file the complaints as well!

I wish they would leave me alone!

Called left no message on answering machine.  Filed bankruptcy 3-30-09 and still today 4-14-09 getting calls from them.

I just got a call from this number.  It is about the fourth or fifth time I have looked up a number and found it reported to have been NCO/Capital One.  I have a capital one card, but my account is perfectly up to date.  Two weeks ago they called twice in one evening and it freaked me out a bit because it was at 7 and 8 pm.  I called back the number and they answered by asking for my capital one credit card number.  How unprofessional!  What credit card number answers a phone and asks you for your card number?  What about security?  Of course I would not tell the representative, who had some thick foreign accent.  Then he asked me for my social security number!  When I refused again, he said that he would try to find out why the company was calling by looking up my phone number.  Then, he asked me if I knew a long list of people.  The first three or four I had never heard of, and then he finally said a name that I knew--the name of the woman I bought my house from three years ago.  My phone number was never her phone number, and there is no reason she should be associated with that number!  The man asked for her contact information, and I told him I did not have it.  Then he continued on his list of names.  Eventually, he named my mother--who lives in a different state!  I said that I knew that person, but was not going to tell him how.  He asked for her contact information, and of course I wouldn't give it to him.  He said he could only tell me that it was about "a personal business matter," and then asked me to giver her HIS number and tell her to call NCO back.  He could not find my name on his list, and said that he would have my number taken off of the NCO call list.  However, I still get calls on my cell phone from NCO--a different number every time!!  What a nuisance of a company, and shocking that any credit organization wishing to seem respectable would deal with such people.

I just called the number back. They took only my phone number and said they would remove my number in 48 hours. Ive not had a capital one card in years.....

I keep getting calls from these people looking for a relative that has never lived at this address or used this phone #.  Got ignorant with these people but they were more ignorant with me.  I want action !!!

I get calls everyday. i just don't answer

How do we get rid of these people. I'm on the no-call list. Why do they keep calling. I got 4 calls from them yesterday and so far 4 today.

These idiots called my cell three times today and each time I explained that the person they are looking for is not at my cell number. Each time they promised to correct the issue and have not. The last time they called I cursed the guy out and told him I am going to send them a bill for my cell minutes they are using up. I wish I lived in the state they are calling from and I would pay them a visit to make sure they correct the problem. It would be different if they where looking for me but to get called for another person who I dont even know, you got to be kidding.

Had well over 60 calls the past 3 weeks...calling for info about a relative.  Once I told them no, they still called back.

I get collection calls from NCO for my sister. We lived together a couple years ago and they have my number as a contact for her. You don't have to owe anything to get calls from them. It could be regarding someone you know.

They call continually.   We have perfect credit and pay our one credit card in full monthly.   I'm so sick of all the calls from them and other telemarketers.   Help!

Recieving phone calls at home; we do not owe Capitol One anything! Other companies are calling us ending up being Capitol One. NCO is just one of them and also called us from 410-202-0072. They are asking for someone who does not even live here or has ever.

This number called my cell phone from 7pm-8pm during my sons school program 7 TIMES, yes 7 times!  I don't even own a credit card!

Receive call from 559-272-6462 once a day to every other day. Have no idea who they are because they never leave a message, must not be too important. They're a collections agency?

Same here, they just called and left no message.  I do not owe Cap one anything, not sue why they'd be calling me!

I just got two calls in a row from this number. NCO calls me all the time. I'm sure it's them...I don't know anyone who lives in California.

Left no message on answering machine.  This is NCO Financial-filed bankruptcy on the March 30th and they still call as of today April 14th.

Just got a call from this phone number. I have no reason to be called by a debt collector at all.  They hung up before I could 'flash' off my other call.  No message.

Weird I've been getting calls from this number too. I looked it up and its a Pac West
Landline.

they keep calling me too.  when i called it back from a blocked number they answered saying they're capital one credit card company.  
theyre located from fresno CA land line.
