Called me and asked for my parents then hung up and said they would call back later

Has called 3 times today and several other times throughout this month 2/11.

this number has called and asked about an SAT program and took my Credit card # and i wanna cancel it but they never pick up.

Has called twice now (2/2011), each time says "unknown name", and when I answer w/ "hello", all I get is a click (hang up) from the other end.
