This company is a joke.....they call you saying that you did not pay a loan back and attorney are involved. They all have heavy Indian accent. I asked them for there information and the information from the company "they so call is reporting me". They gave me a number and I called it, they had the same accent....REALLY...I told them I called the police and reported them not to ever call me back again......SCAM.....BEWARE......

I got a call from this number and the caller said that he was calling from Harper Smith Law Firm and said something to the effect that a legal suit had been taking against me. I couldn't even understand what he was saying. It was so difficult to hear him and he could hardl pronounce his words. When I told him that I didn't know what he was talking about he and hung up he called back several times. I registered his number on the Do Not Call Registy. I am not in receipt of another call from his as yet.

Got a call from this indian speaking guy at this number 567-248-5100 that he is from Harper Smith Attorney At Law Ohio. He claimed I owed money from a Americn Pay Day Loan which I do not and never had a loan, but he had all my information address, home phone, e-mail. Really

Just got a call from them today, I said hello and their was no answer so I think they will start calling me now.

I recieved so many of these calls I almost just paid then so they would leave me alone...but after they asked for my infirmation and im state id,i called my lawyer. It seens dont dont exsit at all. Sio ill be changing my number soon...something about a payday loan. I never took out and checked my bank accounts to revify and nope nothing there. These people should get a job and stop haressing real people who work...indian accent.

received same calls, even got one from "a sheriff" with an east indian accent, called the sheriff dept. said no such person so i called them back asked for his badge # and employee id # told me i had no right to ask, stated i do and told him i had been in contact with the police and attorney generals office and he hung up, calls stoped.  They did call my work and told them they would be there the next day to arrest me.  nice.

I keep getting calls from this number asking for a "Yudelka" - when I pick it up, it's dead air and a voicemail is left that I can hardly understand. So I call back. The first time, I spoke with Christopher Paul who threatened me that the sheriff of "Orange County" (there is no Orange County in my state, and I have never lived in one) was coming to my house to arrest me for identity fraud. We had words, and he hung up on me for using "profane language" but not before calling me a stupid b**ch. I call back, and speak with a Paul Smith (clearly the same guy), and I try a different angle and supposedly get everything straightened out (without giving any of my personal information including a name or phone number) and they are not supposed to call back. TODAY I spoke with Edward Cullen! He was hostile and the same guy as Christopher and Paul, and refused to concede why he was calling me or his real name or give me a street address or website for his "law firm". So I recorded him saying "I, Edward Cullen, will be personally responsible for making sure your phone number is deleted from my contacts and the office." Also filed with the FCC. Hopefully it stops.

Have received multiple threatening calls from this number from a woman named Amy Allen. thus is nothing but a scam. Ask them to cease and desist all contact if they cannot provide the name, address , phone number of the creditor as well as the account #, docket#, and name of judge presiding. Then immediately file a police report and complaints with attorney general, the Better Business Bureau, and the FBI.

Keep getting a call from 567-248-5100 stating his name is Paul Smith, uh yeah right!  I can't even hardly understand him.  They have called at least 4 or 5 times in a row.

This person has a very heavy accent.  Stated that I owe their company money and I need to contact their attorney.

I have received phone calls from these people.  I could hardly understand what they were saying.  They threatened me with a $6000+ law suit.  They also tried to verify I was who they were looking for by referencing an account number I don't even have.  They said they were located in Toledo, Ohio working for an Attorney firm named 'Harwood or Harword  or Harper & Smith'.  I find it hard to believe when they can't even speak proper English.  They stated their client claimed I took out a payday loan.  We were disconnected.  At the recommendation of my Bank representative I called them back.  They answered and said their phone call was to remedy the problem out of court by paying $495.96.  (On a previous call they were only asking for $210.)  I said I would have no problem defending myself in court since I never took out any payday loans as they claimed.  He then restated that they would take me to court.  I'm sure I antagonized the guy when I suggested he drop the client they claimed to be representing as their client's claims are false.  I asked him how could his firm afford to represent a fraudulent client.   The guy then told me to go do something to myself which is impossible to do after which he hung up.
I've had my identity stolen before.  It took years to clean it up?  Now I never give out or verify any of my personal information without 1st verifying 1) I really know who they are, 2) they provide documented proof and 3) I have another trustworthy witness with me.  I suggest everyone else do the same!

called my phone 4 times in just a few minutes.....left one message i have gotten these calls before an they just keep changing there phone number...it needs to stop

Caller claims to be an attorney promising to take legal action.  When I pressed for the name and state of license, he said Ohio.  No such name listed with Ohio State Bar + he had thick Indian accent and claimed his name was Christopher Paul (Right!). He invited me to S^%k his D*#k and Die!

Received a call from this number and they stated that I owed 495 dollars on an unpaid loan and that if I didn't pay that day they would be taking me to court on Monday.  I told them to tell me the loan number and the loan date and they could not do so.

I then received a 9ll call.  The caller had the same Indian accent and said they they were from the Ohio sheriff department and that I must call the other number back and pay the loan or they would be issuing a warrant.  

This should be illegal, threatening, misrepresenting, and impersonating a police officer.

Received a phone call from the number listed above saying they would file legal action and find ways of collecting money from myself. I have not answered there phone calls, repeatedly keeps calling leaving messages.

This number keeps calling me threatening arrest and legal action. They would not give any information on who they worked for just that American Payday Loan was taking action against me for a loan I do not have.

Someone calls me from this number with  a heavy accent told me that I never paid back a payday loan in l name and i have NEVER had a payday loan in my life. Beware of them because they will try to get you to pay a fee over the phone that will "eliminate" all charges in your name. Bull s***.
