Called on my "Do not call list" cell phone. No message left.

3 time they had called....i never answered

Caller was rude and aggressive and tried to elicit information about our automobiles.

You do realize that Freedom Ring is just the Telephone provider. They have nothing to do with these people calling all the time.  I've done some research on this and you can't go after them. You need to find out the name of the company who uses those numbers not the Telephone Company. If it said that Comcast was the provider you wouldn't be going after then would you?  Find out the name of the Call Center who utilizes these lines and plan your lawsuits accordingly.

These pieces of garbage called me six times yesterday I finally picked up and found out what they do is try and get you to say you want the gas card and then sign you up for a "trial program" if you don’t call back to cancel they chard your card $40 I told them that they were scammers and jerks and the main guy over there who’s name is Justin Bryant hung up on me

Called me on my cell and pissed me off.  So I gave them what they wanted ;-) a visa number: 0000 0000 0000 0000 exp: 00/00 Lady on the phone was so pissed she started yelling and screaming about needing proper information.  I told her that my info was as valid as her "warranty" and hung up.  No one has called since.

I have a 2007 Ford and these calls are making me nuts. I call back and it's busy - I called the above number 1-916-219-8121 and chose the option to be removed from their list.

The ONLY company in the entire world that knows we own this car is Ford. And their dealership on Reynolds Rd. in Maumee, Ohio.

The other options would be that the license bureau has sold our information to this company. It's ridiculous and someone violated our privacy for profit.

It has to either be the manufacturer and their dealer or the license/title agencies.

Here's what we do: pretend to be interested, but ask them to call you back on your landline or cell phone, which ever one they didn't call first, and give them one of these:

They call me everyday, I am on the do not call list, but it takes 30 days to take effect. Their number shows up on caller ID as "card services" as if they are a credit card company, Their name is Freedom Ring Communications from Errol, NH. Very Rude and persistent.

I am interested in any sort of action against this group. I filed with local BBB, if that is going to help. Here's my last 2:
I was called by 202-527-6024 on 4/2 8:06pm, an automated sales call re. car warranty. I pressed 1 to speak to a sales person. I asked this person to remove my name from the call list. This person said "well, I want a million dollars." I asked to speak to a manager & the person said "what you need is to take your broke a** off the phone" and hung up on me. I attempted to call back but the # did not work.
I was called by 603-214-3656 on 4/3 at 11:11am & received the same automated sales re. auto warranty. I pressed 1 to speak to a sale person. I asked this man "May I speak to a manager?" This person began speaking to me in a sexual way, saying "what can he do for you I can't do, sweetheart?" He refused to give me the name of a company and kept asking my age. I told him I was a private investigator and he got worse.
www.whitepages.com 'reverse number' tab is a good resource for these calls. Do not pay for the info. Jot down the name & then google it. Its cheaper that way.

These Jerks need warranty for their own a**es soon. I want to f*** them....twice. They been calling me over TWO! years and I have been patiently selecting#2,  but now I'm pissed! Last call came from: 603-214-3340. That's it, I'm not answering any calls from NH (603) anymore until they feel my "finger".

It you got time and answer the phone just order a pizza I've been doing that and they get pissed. Maybe will start something and everybody will do it.

These people keep on calling me about Dish Network.  I have had so many phone calls from them I just talk to them to waste their time.  When you get these calls just tell them you are interested and toward the end of the conversation tell them to "F" off and hang up.  I love having fun with these people.  
  By the way they have also called me about a warranty on my car before.  They did it so many times I just started making up different makes and models.  If we can't stop them from calling lets have fun with them.

Today a recording from this number said they want to loan us money. I waited until the end then hit '2' to be removed from their call list. We'll see . . .

I have a feeling Freedom Ring Communications is a call center that is simply an 'advertiser' for loads of companies. They probably offer their scammer customers the choice of the call center making a person-to-person call or a fully automated call.

Oh well, off to the FTC site to report . . .

I am F***ING pissed about this. These a**holes call every F***ING day and will not remove me from the call list. Ive called them back only to be shot down by some stupid message recording.....

I received a call from them as well.  I did some looking and found that the number is a land line handled by Freedom Ring Communication out of Errol, NH.  I'm sure this is the equivalent of AT&T, I wonder if we couldn't contact the Freedom Ring and have them investigate this number.

Like Steve, it was a recorded message about using Quickbooks and accepting credit cards. They offered a free credit card terminal and Quickbooks software as sign-up perks. They ended with two options: (1) for a representative and (2) for removal.

I am running into the same thing.  Just curious, I have a Chevy they are calling about.  What make is everyone else driving?  I am thinking of going through the manufacturer to try to put and end to this.

Repeated calls on cell #. No message left. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer phone.  Just recently purchashed 2 cars in last 6 months. Phone calls started since then. We already have warranties that are not any where near expiring. My guess is they are getting my name from some list of peop;e who recently bought a car.

I have an 84', 89', 98' and a 99'.  I ask them which one they are referring too.  They hang up on me. Rude a**es!!!

I have received this phone call every day for 2 weeks at the same time (6:30pm). I never answer the phone because it has a plus size before the number. They never leave a message. If it's for auto warranty, it's weird that they are calling me because I have owned my Honda for over 10 years. There is no warranty.

There is apparently no end to this constant harrassment. I've tried being nice and being not-so-nice. They call my home phone at least 4 times a week. Aren't there any laws/FCC regs to stop this?

I receive several calls a day from this number, each time they say this is the second notice for your factory warranty.  I know I have received 25-second notices.  This was my father’s car, he passed away July 13, 2007 and the car was sold shortly after his death.

I have called the company numerous times and ask them to remove my number with no luck.  The last time the individual got quite rude with me and hung up on me.

Just got a call on my CELL PHONE from these jokers. Same thing - calling about auto warranties.
