Said our company's alarm system was going off and they needed the passcode. Yet I'm sitting in the building with no alarm??

It is now from Lindt Chocolates. I had an order that was missing a product and they called to say they sent it in a separate order.

Same message that I got...and they knew my first name

The number is from a home security company.  They are calling because they have your number as a number listed for one of their clients that is having an alarm going off at their home

Miscalled at 11;30 p.m.

Rang at about 6pm.   Hung up before I answered

I got a call and answered it. Turns out it was my doctor's office. "CENTRA ALARM" was shown on the caller ID 603-668-1119 was the number. It checks out because my prescription was actually called in. I'm glad I answered it. The call started the same way your call did, but it was actually the answering service. I wonder if "ALARM" is some kind of acronym.

I accidentally set off my own home alarm.  This is where they called from to see if I was ok.  Just call them back and they really will remove you from whatever account they called for.

Alarm company called because my alarm had been triggered

I just checked my cell phone this morning and saw this number called 3 times at 1AM.

Got a missed call from them at 11pm, February 25, 2009

"This is Central Alarm Monitor on a recorded line.  May I speak to..."

They know my name.  I'm on the Don't Call list. I don't have an alarm. And I don't want one.
