DO NOT CALL BACK. This is an international number. I got billed for international calls when I called the number back. They are Telemarketer. Report them if they call you!!!

Spoke with a woman that wanted me to give her some telephone companies in the city I reside. I asked her if she knew who she was calling and she said "uhh huh." So I told her couple of the big corps that anyone would know to call and she asked me if I had a phone book. I told her good luck at that point and disconnected the call.
