The number called me an hour ago try to call back and it say the person your trying to reach is unvailable please check the number and try again!! Like wtf

I received several calls from this number today ... did not answer as I do not know the number. I called it back a bit later (with my number blocked ... lol) and got a recording ... UB (or UV) 2 ... the number you have reached is not in service. What ... it got disconnected in the last hour or so??? Guess anything IS possible ????
