I didn't answer the call. I had ordered a pick up of a futon but they wanted $130 to do that. I called a local junk dealer and paid only $50. I think this company stinks. The men put it down to an estimate so I didn't have to pay this company.

This call is an opportunity for us to voice our opinion about the services we received from 1-800-Got-Junk?.  Their head office is in Vancouver hence the British Columbia caller ID.

just got that call too, but didnt answer...which was probably a good thing.  I wasnt happy with them charging us $425 for a bunch of leaf bags , a computer monitor and a bureau

i didn't answer and I don't have a vmail.  However, I did order services from 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the last month; so it may be as the other comment has stated.
