Message stating they have attempted to contact thraeaten legal action. no idea what it is

Robo call from this phone number telling me that there is some legal action pending against me and I need to take action before I am 'executed'.  The call says to dial an 866 number that I have never heard all of because the recording is so bad, and then another automated voice comes on and references an account number of some sort.  Very annoying.
