got robocall from 605-865-2870 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME"  back on Thursday 06-05-14 @ 542 PM

message was from 'discover services' wanting to lower my interest.

pressed 1 and only got 'dead air' on the other enc.

I always turn the convo to the sexual side.  At least I can get a laugh instead of getting angry.

i think they are calling people with good credit rating. they pay full amount every month and full credit limit available to still.

you can always tell him that yes i am a dick and that one go in your mother's p**sy to bring you in this world.

it says This is Rachael and blabs on about lowering credit rate.

The recording to hang on the line  for credit card services, is the exact same recording each and every time, EXACT, no matter what number they are being directed through, funneled through,  however, it is always an offer that nothing is wrong with my card, however blah blah blah............

This is the same call I get from several numbers. I have been getting these calls for over 3 years. There is a recorded message claiming they are "card services" and can reduce my debt. All I have to do is give them my card number. If I do anything other than give them 16 digits and an expiration they hang up or curse me out. The last time I spoke with them I told them to stop calling and he replied "we will never stop calling bi***!"

This  605-865-2870   and numerous other numbers are attributed to this one company.  This same company has been calling me for years now. If not once a day, then twice a day.  I am on the do not call registry.  
I have tried, pushing the #1, requesting for the harassment to cease and please remove me.  I have basically been hung up on, or had to hear them cussing as they hung up, or they just laughed and told me good luck.  They have been rude beyond anything that a person should have to have happen every day for years!  I so wish I could sue the heck out of them for daily harassment and disregard for tying up my phone services with their unsolicited crap!  I have filled this crap out on all of the numbers they call from.... there is no deterrence....  FCC and FTC  what are they doing about this.... nothing?

The do not call registry is only used by legal telemarketers. Not scam artists trying to steal your credit cards. They are already committing credit card fraud, they don't care if you are on the do not call list.

Not sure who called me and my phone screen shown this number 605-865-2870. Picked up to talk, but noone answered. Called back and line was busy... No any other information shown.

You are just as bad as them if you answer phone while driving, walking or blundering around onn a train platform.

To fight these scum you have to take action yourself.....the do not call list is a joke (the FCC and congress have proven to be lapdogs for big business telemarketers and is now moving to give them and big media priority fast lane access to the internet.....the FCC chairman is (surprise) a former telecom lobbyist. Get yourself a little call blocker device and just plug it in to your phone line.....it will be the best money you ever spent.....lots of them out there, check Google and Fleabay.   I got a device called Pro Call Blocker last year and it only costs around $50.  It stores up to 1500 or so numbers and uses caller ID.   When a spam call comes in, all you have to do is hit the blacklist button and presto, no more calls from this number (you can also manually enter numbers to block, entire area codes or all out of area numbers).  It logs all calls in or out. If you get this one, be sure to get the latest version (last I looked it was 2.2).  There is also another similar device called T-lock blocker which looks similar and came out late last year.  Plenty of devices to choose from and believe me, it will save lots of aggravation and quiet down your phone line.........

I received a call from 605-865-2870 and the guy on the phone said he was from Discover credit card services. By knowing I don't have a Discover credit card I followed the prompts and pushed 1 for a representative. As I TRIED to explain that I don't have an account with them, he hung up on me. I tried to call back and it's a non working number!! So I called Discover and they have no information of mines and could not understand why their name was being used. I gave them the number so they can research it and try to stop or even sue these scum bags.

I am on somekind of spammer's list, because for the last 6 months I have been getting these "lower your interest rates" scam phone calls.

Out of curiosity, what makes you think that you're being called by Muslims?

Just received a call from this number saying "Please don't hang up. This is an important message about your Discover account...". Then went on about reducing rates on credit cards. Same scam as always.

Just got a call from this number. Woman said her name was "Irene" and she was offering me a "loan" to pay off my unsecured debt. And if I took the "loan" today the interest rate would be reduced to $50 on every $100 borrowed or 500%.

how about govt. reps (politicians) do something about this nonsene and stop interfering with my rights as a woman for health care, birth control, and such??????? They focus on what they shouldn't and the criminals get away with everything.

I usually don't answer then immediately block caller on my cell phone. Yes they change numbers daily, but it helps to some extent.
Sometimes if i answer, I press the 1 and wait for someone... then i say F--- Off A--Hole. Stop calling me. and hang up.

Keep getting calls from this number finally answered and it was a recording from Rachel from card holder services. Pressed one to tell them to take me off list and guy told me to go F(*K myself

received call, didn't recognize number and didn't answer. They did not leave a message. Really sucks to get unwanted calls.

Credit Card Services Scammers call every week.............They want to steal your $$ and get your credit card number!!!!!!!  Their return phone number is useless..........They change their phone numbers to avoid getting caught!  The no call list doesn't work with these crooks..............  Wish I can wipe them off this planet.............

they are lower than scum, yet another number added to my block number list.  It infuriates me to no end, they just use a different phone number next time, because they have figure out the blocked thing and the fed govt cant trace them.  It must be profitable for them to keep doing it or they wouldn't.  

It seems that whenever I call a news station (don't know if it's related but it sure is fishy) on my personal phone I get this call coming in from North Dakota.  When I call back the number at 605-865-2870 I get a recording that sounds totally fake and tells me the number is not valid.  But they keep calling back...repeatedly.  The number may change slightly but it's still coming from North Dakota.  The scum never says a word and I always wonder if they are trying to get my phone information, are hacking my phone.
