I just received a called from some Investigator Mark Williams he stated that I had a Pay day loan that never paid, and I was goin to be sued I told them to go ahead I don't get Payday loans they gave me a Case # CFI150781 I goggle the case number and it is a Scam the people had very heavy accent they had my Work Phone Number and My address..

Lady has very thick accent and "needs to talk to you right now" also says attention  as "a-ten-tee-oon". Cannot understand most of the message but is calling from the Department of Financial Investigations.
Have suspicion that they call numerous times...they leave a message with the number to call back but come in as out of area or privat caller and call constantly for about 10 minutes one time right after the other.
Attempts at 8:02 am-8:14 am and again from 4:27- 4:40 pm.
I am presently umemployed and searching for a job..I need to be able to answer the phone and I do not have the time to waste answering it for idiots!!

this is a scam and harrassament.ive cussed him told him never to call back and blocked his number yet he still calls on a daily basis.his name he uses is detective alex no last name.

I too have received this call.  It is clearly a scam!  The women caller's accent was so thick, I could barely understand the message.  I have 'Not' returned the call; however, I will report it as a scam.

I got a call regarding a friend of mine and he told me if I did not get her to call I would be suit as a grantor of the loan . I said I did not sign for anything and I looked up this phone number and it reflected a scam and to stop calling me . He told me to wait and watch what happens and I would be getting a lawsuit if I do not comply . Its kinda scarry .

I just received a call this morning from a lady who claims to be from an investigative law office.  also giving me the exact same file number (you would think they would have more intelligence) obviously not.  I did get a little concerned that they had all my details but then I googled the case # and came across this blog, wow what a relief, also pretty pissed right now...I called the number and some guy answered, I asked what company and he said "department of law investigations" which I then replied really, well you are being reported because you are a scam and he said yeah, and I said yeah and hung up.  I do however want to call again and give them a piece of my mind.

Caller can not be understood thru the conversation,states name from some Financial something and I have to report and something about door steps etc etc .
