I just got the same call so sound in background and they hung up after a few seconds...

there is no message left

rcvd call 3/10/2012 @ 12:40am from this spoofed tel num 613-163-9390 -- no one on line, after few seconds recorded female voice said "good-bye"  ....  after internet search I believe this call came from same telemarketer who called earlier  (3/9/2012 @ 7:10pm 714-729-1810) which is identified as Pacific Coast Home Solutions on Spokeo ...on that call a man asked for husband by name, when I said he isn't available he proceeded to try sell home improvements to me...I told him had no $ to spend for anything and hung-up ... both of these tel numbers have numerous complaints on all kinds of sites...see this one as example...... http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/pacific-home-remodeling-california-c191087.html......Pacific Coast Home Solutions has a website with tel num 888-347-7247, perhaps they would like to receive continuous hang-up calls from blocked tel numbers...maybe complaints to bbb as well as to California Contractors Board would help them out

I got a call from the 613-163-9390 robot system. It left no message. I called the number back. The call could not go through.  My phone company recording said "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again."   613 is in Canada.  Seems the little S#!$% up North have nothing better to do than skin seals, chop down trees and call phones in the U.S.

Caller ID said "Name Not Found". So I answered the phone and said, "hello name not found". And all I heard was a goofy laugh like "HAW HAW HAW". So I hung up.

This number called me at almost midnight! Scared me and my family to death! Let the answering machine pick up, no message was left.

I AM SICK OF THESE WEIRDO'S CALLING TWICE A DAY.  THEY DON'T SAY ANYTHING BUT, YOU CAN HEAR BACK GROUND NOSIE.  THEY SEEM TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT.  I GET CALLS AT 11:P.M,.  12 MIDNIGHT, AND THROUGHOUT THE DAY. HOPE SOMETHING CAN BE DONE TO KEEP PEOPLE LIKE THIS FROM CALLING ALL THE TIME.  MARCH 5, 2012

Called and didn't know who she was calling or how to leave amessage.

The woman called me and knew my address, she started the conversation saying "I used to be in love with a Johnnie, I guess she thought my deceased grandmother was a man thanks to her first name.  Asked if I wanted hope improvements I said no and that I wasn't the home owner, she asked when to call back for the homeowner.  I told her never.  She asked how old I was, I replied over 18, and said she had a pair of shoes older than me and that they cost over 1,000 dollars.  I told her how old her shoes are isn't something to brag about asked what that has to do with the initial joke and she just went on to call me a a***ole. I hung up after telling her not to call back.

Either scammers or kids playing around on the phone.

Just got call from call ID as Ontario on the number. Silence, the electronic "Good bye". Not thrilled one bit.

Received the call at 2:25 pm on Sunday, March 4, 2012..Same as others, the line sounded "dead" when I picked up, but after a few seconds an electronic female voice said, "good bye" then it disconnected.  PS--You should have another type of call listed, "Nuisance"

I said, "Hello" twice with no answer and then a woman's recorded voice said, "Goodbye"

This number keeps calling my fax machine number... it ties up my fax machine for several minutes and is impossible to disconnect from.  I have no idea who it is but it says ONTARIO which I'm wondering is from Canada........................... its a pain in the butt...

Same deal. Got a call at work. Caller ID said "Ontario." Not sure if that helps.

Same experience as others - calling but not bothering ito ID themselves.

I was wrong... The Do Not Call registry is still in effect. But after you sign up for something new (via Internet etc,) and include your phone number, to any business that sells information, the telemarketers have 30 days before they have to remove you from their calling list.

The government did away with the 'Do Not Call' list as of 2012. That is what I was told and the FCC doesn't do anything about it but can log the complaint. :(

We received a call last night at 12:51am. The answering machine picked up before we could get to the phone but they left no message. It woke the whole house up and left us worried that someone we knew somewhere my have needed help.... I looked up the number and nothing, but this site.

I got the same call 15 mins ago. 1am  in so cali. Wtf. I answered .What. all pissed off sounding .talked alil s*** and hung up. It was weird just dead air I didnt hear anything no b across noise breathing nothing..

Got the call at 11:00 PM....all the recorded voice said was "goodbye" and then nothing. Caller ID said "unknown name"

Got a call from on 2/23.  The number was on my phone ID - caller did not leave message.  My ID said "Name not Found."

He just called me. It looks like he is some kind of scammer or identity thief. He tries to confirm the name which is associated with your phone number. He sais that he represented a home improvement company but after a short conversation it was clear that he lied. BTW I am an ?No Call? list

I too have been receiving numerous calls from this number. I spoke to a man one time, and he wanted to do extensive household improvement. I told him I was not interested.I get these calls ALL the time. Same number as the rest of you.

called @ 2:40pm pst said hello twice no answer so I hung up tried to use my cell and call it back and got error message

They called me and I answered.  I could hear lots of voices in the background, but they never said anything and hung up on me.
