Posted an Ad on Kijiji and seconds after I posted I received a text from 626-427-9562.
Text shows the listing name, in this case 2004 Honda Goldwing, saying kindly confirm for me if its still available for sale, email me at mmiller.eve333@gmail.com for a quick response. Miller.
I will not respond to this as it is too suspicious.

I ran this phone number and I found this post. The content of the text and email is the same as Peter described. I am not going to do anything until I know this is a legit inquirer

There is a PayPal scam where someone buys a product from you on Kijiji or Craigslist with payment from PayPal. You receive a fake email from PayPal asking you to provide a shipping number of the item being sent before you see the money deposited into your PayPal Account. The link provided to check your amount to be received doesn't work. I called PayPal with the transaction number, client phone number and the name of the person who bought my product. PayPal never heard of them. I was asked to send details of this fraud to spoof@paypal.com.
I'm glad that I didn't jump in and ship off the product. So be careful!
