You should tell them to stop calling your work because your employer doesn't want you to deal with personal calls at work and mail them a certified mail telling them the same.  If they call again after those action you took, call an attorney specializing in FDCPA.

Recieve a call at 2:14p cst for a co worker. mike was told that my co worker requested no calls at work. mike said he was never told this and that he was with "law firm" on bahalf of "&%^*$". I was shocked I know there is a law out there tht doesnt allow third party collectors to inform me a third party about my co workers debt. now im just thinking about my co worker i bet this is tough on him.

Saw the message below that someone stated our firm text's you several times. That is the most
outrageous thing we have ever heard of. We do not use "texting" as a form of contacting an individual and or company. We only use the authorized methods which are outlined in the FDCPA Laws. If you so believe that those texts are coming from our office, please contact me directly at 630-439-1025 and we will then do an internal investigation. We can then prove to you that you mistaken. Our collectors are not allowed to bring their cellular phones into our building and no one's personal information is able to be printed or can even leave the building for that matter. We are very strict on this policy due to the detailed and private information that we have on individuals and companies. I will be waiting for your call.

Somebody at your company needs to settle a bill. Call the number find out and take your attitude to the person who gave a work number as a contact number. The persons trying to reach you are very reasonable and are conforming to proper collection practices. I worked with them and have paid my last promised payment. Everybody neeeds more time to meet their responsibilities these days, just contact the umber and take the reins.
