They do call a lot, but I called back the number, hit Zero and a very pleasant lady answered and removed me from the list immediately.

House of Brides is the worst EVER.....Worst customer service in the woooorld!  Had to file a BBB complaint against them!  

Since the government is shut down I can't file a complaint with the FCC right now. Their website says as much. SO, I'm going to come here and say, THE HOUSE OF BRIDES in Chicago is THE WORST. No, they are worse than the worst! Don't ever go there. EVER. They will spam you, and when you ask nicely, they will still spam you. And when you text and email nicely to unsubscribe, the spam will continue. And even after you ask nicely and tell them you already bought your dress from nicer people, they will still spam you. They will call you every day until you want to cry, and when you call them crying to tell them to please stop, they will still spam you. Then when you angrily call them and tell them if they don't stop you will file a complaint with the FCC, they will STILL spam you. Sometimes 3 times in five minutes!
