These blockheads had their computer call me early in the morning just to give me dead air, then say "goodbye".

These guys are SCAMMERS. Never allow them access to your computer!

I am a South Coast UK pensioner, and this number is  a complete nuisance.   Rings me constantly.  I have a caller display screen so I can see the number and not answer.  I would just like to them to stop. How? I am with the TPS which filters out UK callers, but it does not apply to overseas.

Likewise, why is this company calling me in Niagara Falls, Ontario, saying there's a problem with my computer?!

Too many scams going on, have to be on alert all the time.

Hmm they must have a lot of the Smith family working there because I got a call from Harry Smith telling me my husband is on Viagra!

The caller also told me I could pay 100.00 to be placed on the do not call list!

I received a call from these idiots today a (reputable company?) called Iyogi. He wanted me to run a program Misino32  because they were getting reports from Microsoft saying that there was a problem with my computer, When I told this person (Thick Indian accent but could speak English this time)  that this was a scam and he told me that this was a reputable company trying to help me. When I asked what company he said Iyogi and I asked for a head office phone number he said that he couldn't give me the phone number because is "Freaks like you called I would lose my job":  I then told him that I was going to contact the police because a story was on the news about a company calling they remove software and then charge you money to get it back. This person then told me to "s*** his*****" and to go ahead and call the cops cause they pay the cops to be allowed to call.

I called Iyogi (again another person with an Indian accent answered and said that they don't call people that they are a company to help people with technical support. sound kinda familiar??

Missed a call from this number at 6:32 am today.

I've rec'd several calls from someone from this number with a heavy Indian accent.  The original calls were computer scams but yesterday he said he represented some pharmacy (couldnt understand the name) about some bogus order.  Pretty obvious he was fishing for credit card info.  I wished him a merry F off and filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.  I'd suggest others file a complaint as well.

Caller ID showed the caller as "York New."  Caller had a thick, barely intelligible accent, with a lot of background noise, like a factory or a large open space with a lot of people talking.  He stated he was calling on behalf of Microsoft, stating they were receiving messages from my computer indicating it had been infected with some unintelligible malware that was corrupting my computer "day by day."  Pretty much hung up on him after that and called Microsoft directly.  The Microsoft security tech said there was an investigation open on calls like this and that he would add the number to the report.

Indian Windows tech support scammer. In my most excellent Indian accent, I told him it was very bad karma to rip off innocent Americans and that Lord Shiva would rip him a new one. He said something angrily in his native tongue before hanging up on me.

I got a call from this number but couldn't answer at the time. Is this number worth calling back?

Got a call from these idiots at 11:00PM on a school night! When I informed this ignorant a$$ of the time and made him aware that he woke my kids up, his response was,"who cares this is an emergency." Emergency call about my computer at 11pm? I don't think so...

My caller ID said "New York"  I answered.  It was from a very loud and busy call center. The guy had a very thick Nigerian accent.  He told me that there was something wrong with my computer and that I needed to turn it on so that he could install some software to fix the problem.  REALLY???? I asked him how stupid he thought I was.  Should I do this so that he could install a virus???  As I was hanging up, I heard him saying, "No ma'am, no ma'am".  Who falls for this crap?  When I tried calling the number back, I got the phone company recording that the number was not a working number.

They have called me twice in the last hour once from 631-363-9897 and from 607-733-1419

Called twice today 631-363-9897,,,caller has East Indian accent and says we having troubles with our computer. He was extremely rude to my daughter especially on the 2nd call.

Just received a call from the heavy Indian accent man.  He has called me twice with the same scam.  He told me he was calling about a problem with my Windows computer.  I told him to erase my number from his file because I have no issues with my computer.  He told me that I should listen to him because this is a very serious problem with my computer.  I told him this was impossible because I have a Mac computer.  Silence for a bit and he did some heavy sighs and said ok and hung up.

I think we need to each report this to the Attorney General's office for the state that we each live in.

I didn't answer the call, but if it's the PC service scam I hope law enforcement is monitoring this website because it means some folks are ignoring the apparent crackdown that was supposed to have happened with this scam.

Individual with East Indian accent claiming to be "Jack Smith". Telling me he's calling from Microsoft to to me that my "Windows Machine" is broken and he'll tell me how to fix it.  Obviously a scam.

Just got a call from the same number a few minutes ago, I guess they are idiot, because they are trying to contradict themself. I had some fun with them, laughing a lot till I told him the what he was doing wrong ofc not everything.  He hunged up  to safe himself.
Conclusion: don't give a s*** to answer this call

Just got a call from this same number, Guy with East Indian accent saying i had a problem with my computer, i immediately questioned the legitimacy of the call where he proceed to verbal abuse me. telling me to "go f*** yourself". I'm looking into this more and finding a way to report this man.

I saw on my caller ID that it was 11-361-363-9897 and I recognized it to be an international call.  I also was given the line about them calling from MicroSoft.  As I knew it was a scam I had some fun with them.  I asked the man what he was wearing and what color his underwear was... They hung up on me!

I received a call from this number and the guy was talking in a thick accent saying there was error on my windows computer and his technicians were receiving warnings and asked me to grant his tech access to my computer through internet so they could fix it. I told I could fix it myself and he said I couldnt only his techs can. I just hung up .
