Gosh, After receiving a call from 732-710-4380 named Ronald Brown. I also got a call from a Lady who wants me to return his call at 631-409-8016 and she is saying the same thing as what I have received from Ronald Brown that it is very critical to return her call. The caller ID number showed again was withheld but the number she gave me to return her call was 631-409-8016. The scariest thing is that they both knew my cell and work number.What is wrong with these people why there are doing these things.

My friend had applied for a pay day loan and these people started calling her at work a few months later stating that they were going to cum get her at work by a certain time and have her arrested if she didnt pay the 300 dollars which she neva recieved so I say a few days later I get this call stating that I took out a 5,000 dollar loan and they wre going to come to my house and have me arrested if I didnt pay them so me and my friend put 2 and 2 together and realized that they hacked into the pay day loan cash.net company wbsite and found her and she had used me as a reference so thats how they got me so my advice is to call the loan companies and file a report thru them also so they can know these fools are hacking into there website.

i have received calls from these people telling me the same thing "it is a critical matter" and "if you don't call back, all i can do is wish you good luck".   A few weeks ago, i was getting calls from a 731 number, like 12 times in one hour then i told them to stop calling me and that i knew it was a scam.  The caller told me that i was a criminal (which i am not).  Now im getting calls asking me to call the 631 number, there is no number on the caller id.  It scares me to know that these people have information about me.  Who knows what they are capable of?  I could not understand what he was saying.

scary stuff....when I told this guy that i knew they were a scam..and i hung up on him...he called back several times and left v/m cussing me out ..using M.....F... many times as well as other choice words...

I got a call from 631-409-8016. Some "Senior Attorney" called me back and supposedly read some afidavit stating that I was being charged for taking money from some Pay Day Loan services and said that the money was delivered to my account by an electronic wire. I said, first of all, I've never heard of whatever company you're pretending to represent and second of all, um, this is 2009, do you not know that all I have to do is log into my account as proof that I've never received any money from thsi so called company. The "Senior Attorney" then hung up. lol

I just got a wake up call from them this morning.  I knew it was a scam right away because of the thick indian accent and the generic name of "Charles Brown" that was given.  He basically gave me the same story as everyone else, how I owed money to a payday loan.....I told him to go f*** himself.

If you ever recieve a phone call from these people, tell them to remove your number and name from their system and that the call is being monitored and recorded and is being sent up to the proper officials. It scared them and they never called back.

Yeah, these people are stupid! I a missed call and a voice message from some guy from this number saying that either my written attorney or me needs to call them back immediately. If I did not they just wish me good luck. I hope they don't keep calling me. I hope something can be done to these people, it's really irritating because it really did make me worry when I first heard this message.

I GOT A CALL FOR A 16613789029 AND GOT A VOICE MAIL SAY THAT "I BETTER GET HELP GOOD LUCK FOR ME AND MY FUTURE KIDS IF I DON'T RETURN THE CALL" SO I CALLED BACK THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME ON MY VOICE MAIL. THE GIRL THAT ANSWER THE PHONE WAS SCARED BECAUSE I WAS YELLING SO BAD. THEN SHE SAID THAT "AMY" WILL CALL ME BACK DON'T LET IT GO TO VOICE MAIL. SHE CALLED BACK SOUNDED SCARED TO THEY KEPT TRANSFERRING ME AND I FINALLY SPOKE TO A MAN I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HES NAME WAS. HE WAS RUDE AT FIRST THEN WHEN I STARTED TO CRY BECAUSE I WAS SOOOO CONFESSED I DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. FINALLY THEY TOLD ME I TOOK OUT A LOAN FOR 350..... I NEVER TOOK OUT A LOAN FOR THAT MUCH I CANT EVEN GET THAT MUCH. THEY SAID I OWE 5000 DOLLARS THEN I CRIED HARDER THEN HE DROP IT TO 700 THEN 500 I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T HAVE THAT MONEY AND THERES NO WAY I CAN PAY IT. I STARTED EXPLAINING EVERYTHING WITH MY MONEY ISSUES. I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS THE SSN ON THE ACCOUNT THEY TRANSFER ME AGAIN TO AMY. I TOLD HER MY STORY WHILE CRYING AND AHE TOLD ME TO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT..... SHE WILL PAY IT...... I WAS SHOCKED... SO SHOCKED. I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO SAY BUT THANK YOU. SO SAID TO BE CAREFUL THAT SOMEONE MUST GOT MY INFO AND TOOK OUT A LOAN. SHE KNEW ALL MY INFO...

I have been receiving messages from an unknown number for weeks.  They leave a message telling me that it is regarding a very serious legal matter, and to have myself or my lawyer call them back.  They also state that if I do not return the call, that "they can only wish me the best of luck with your case".  They do leave a callback number of 631-409-8016.  So I did my research online to find out that these are scammers who tell you that you owe on a prior payday loan that you never repaid.  They then demand that if you don't immediately wire money, that the police are going to come to your house in the morning to arrest you.  I myself never took out a payday loan, but during some hard times last spring, I inquired about a few and was pre-approved online...  I never actually took one out, but I did give a little information when I was being pre-approved which is I'm sure where they stole my info from.  

Anyhow, I called the "call center" and get a lady who calls herself Kathy.  She informed me that she could not transfer me to a representative, and that she would have to have someone call me back... undoubtedly so they can block the number and protect their filthy butts...  I asked her what company this was.  She told me Lanphier & Associates Lawfirm.  I looked up this company, and called them...  they told me they have received hundreds of calls from other people and that they have nothing to do with debt collections.  They told me these other people were a scam and not to give them any information...

Finally, I got someone from this fake company to call me back.  I got a man who called himself Jeff Moss, but had an extremely exaggerated Indian accent.  I asked him again to tell me the name of the company I was being called from.  This time he said he was calling from "Crime Monitoring Services".  I said, "Well I am confused because the lady I spoke with before said this was Lanphier & Associates Lawfirm".  He said, "Well we are umm working under an umbrella of that company."  So I immediately told him that he was full of bologna and that I had called Lanphier & Associates who told me that he is not associated with them at all.  I told him that he was a scammer trying to steal peoples money.  He said, "When did I ask you for money?"  I said, you were just about to weren't you?  He got really mad and told me that he was just calling as a courtesy to warn me... and then he eventually started muttering and hung up the call.  I guess he wanted to warn me about the fake police that were coming to arrest me for this fake debt.  What a loser!!!!

Ditto to all of you. They are all foreigners calling. They probably had some sort of phishing or spyware where they grabbed all our data online from filling out a form or application. The first time, it was a man who called me. I slammed the phone down on him eventually -- he actually told me "do not interrupt me - I am speaking". Most recent message was from a woman. Same thing. I told them both I don't care if they have my info, they could've just grabbed it online somewhere, it doesn't prove anything. Has anyone tried to call them back as an attorney to see what they do?? Obviously, this is a scam and they won't have any proof or documentation of anything owed, so what would they do??

got a call from 1-631-409-8016 but it doesn;t show that on caller Id it shows some 810 number or a *951 something it doesn't give a complete number the lady said her name was Angel Smith and it was a important legal matter. Then called my work place and said i had a Law suite against me . I told her to stop calling my work and send me documentation in the mail. I had several other calls like this for about three weeks you tell them you reported then and they leave you alone for a few days then they start up again . I just hang up or don't answer but when they call my work i don't know its them because the call is transfered from the main desk . I just want them to leave me alone if I owe anybody money then send it to me in the mail. I pay my debts the best I can but this is just complete crap with them constantly harrassing you. And they do know all your info so either they bought your info or stole it from somewhere.

A message was left for me claiming I didn't pay on a payday advance loan.  I could hardly understand the person with the accent and background noise.  When I called back they had my email address and the last 4 of my social security number.  I was asked if I had a lawyer and they needed my lawyer’s information.  Claimed I received several email notifications and I ignored them.   Also stated he would call the courts and file documentation.  I told him to go ahead and I would own the company filing against me as well as his law firm.  Claimed his name was Chaz something….

I got 3 calls at work and I told him all 3 times to leave me alone because I work for the Federal Government and if he did not stop I would turn hiom over to the FBI.  I later found a message from him on my cell phone.  I am not sure who he is because I could not make out his name but I am not going to put up with this.  I had someone call last year with a similar attempt and I told him off too. I Just asked my boss about it and he said for me to notify the security for the building.  I hope they can do something.

These people had me questioning myself and I almost set up a payment b/c they had so much accurate info but something just felt very off so I did some investigation. Very high pressure and I felt painted into a corner to pay ... if I had the money in the bank I'm afraid I may have. I had so much trouble understanding the guy and he wouldn't give me specific dates and amounts of the pay day advance he said I owed through my bank. Said he was Jim Marsh (Indian accent)with a legal firm of a crime monitoring unit that fell under a federal umbrella of some sort. He also said that I had fraud charges for passing bad checks which I paid to looked up and I did not. He knew my bank name and both my home and cell number. The 7076378059 is disconnected. The 6314098016 said that the mailbox was full last time I called. Hopefully that means these pricks are caught. Thanks for the comments.

Im sick and tired with these people. If they really meant that their calls were extremely important why they don't just act legally on it than calling several times a day. I got several calls today from workphone and it is really annoying to hear the voice of this lady saying repeated messages over and over again. Maybe that's their agenda to annoy people so that we have to return the call and then they can scare us and give them money. The lady wants me to return her call at 631-4098016. Good Luck.

I got a call from these people stating that I owe an online pay day loan company 300 dollars because they tried to retrieve the money out of my checking account and was unsuccessful. Now the company turned my case over to the authorities and they are suing me. These scammers also have all my info and they keep calling my job. My advice is to file a police report in the city where you received the phone calls and let the police handle it because this situation will drive you crazy and also call all 3 credit bureaus and put a fraud alert on your credit. The num I'm recieving the calls are form 631-409-8016 and now the are calling my references telling them that they owe 5,000 dollars

I got a call at work saying that I had taken out a payday loan and not paid it back.  The guy said he was from some criminal bureau and that if I didn't go over the affidavit with him and make arrangements, he would have the local authorities pick me up at work.  I would spend a mandatory 20 days in jail.  lol  Well it's almost 5:00 and I'm still here.  What a loser!  He did have all of my personal information though, and that scares me a little.

I got another call from my hom and my work number at 5:55AM. The same lady with the same message wants me to return the call at 631-409-8016 or from my written attorney of record and if they do not hear from me she just wish me good luck to my case. This people are really sick. What can we do to stop them? They are sick but they make us sick too. Sometimes their message really makes me panic and nervous.

I have a called this morning at  my work place, saying that i have a law suit against me the number was 631-409-8016. The women name was "JAMES SAMUEL" On the message she said that if I don't pay the the sum of $5,000.00 the FBI will come to my house on Friday and drag me by the hair and go to jail who is this people? I'm a single mother trying to survive in this country I have to work 7 days a week to maintain my home and my kids and this people think I can give them money just like that something needs to be done can somebody provide me with some information what I can do to stop this people. This people are really sick. They are not American accent but they do know all your personal info and can really make you panic. They are even calling your work number and leaving messages that are really humiliating and harassing.What can we do with this people. Are we just going to ignore their calls. What about our personal information. Im scared that they will do something really against us since they have all our personal info? The number I've been receving calls are 631-409-8016, 610,7138131 and 732-710-4380. If they said that I have their is a lawsuit filed against me should I just tell them that I'm just going to wait for the notice from the court and not to settle with them. Of course I don't want to give money to these people but sometimes it really uncomfortable and somehow nerve wrecking to listen to them

I got another call yesterday and the lady left a voicemail to return the call at 631-409-8016. That I need to return this call or my attorney need to return this call if they don't hear anything from me or my attorney either then she said that she just wished me goodluck from my case. I've been receving calls with the same messages from different numbers. They knew my personal info. as well as my SS#. They even call me at work and leaving voice messages that somehow makes me nervous. I have some past due payday online loans that I'm taking care with the help of the payday consolidation company and I don't know why these people are taking advantage of the situation. Somewhat I'm thinking that are these people are behind those payday online company that threathens me to get more money from me. I have paid these online lenders more that what I owe them and now that I'm having a hard time financially and cannot renew or rollover the fees and interest associated with the loans thats why  I seek the help of the payday consolidation company and that they want to get even by providing my personal information with what we called collection scammers. Threathening with lawsuits.. criminal case.... and whatever case that they can named against me.

I got a call also from 630-409-8016 and they knew my email address, PO Box, place of work, relatives numbers and names, social number, and banking information. The guys name was "Alex Smith" he cused at me and everything. Said I would have to pay him 6,000 in court if I didn't set up a payment with them now for 1,500. I told him I was recording him and he said, "I don't give a damn" Who would do this? It scares me because he knows so much on me. I don't know what to do. I told him if I find out who they were I was going to sue them and hung up on the guy. He told me also that there address was 1432 Hoffman Lane Campbell, CA which is an address to a LockSmith. I got a call from this 630-409-8016 number and the 732 number this morning...they also called my work and left a message, my supervisor brought me a piece of paper saying the 732 number and his name was john something another and to reply cause its a legal matter. Then around 245 I got another call at my work from a lady saying I needed to call about a legal matter...she tried to give me the number but the phone hung up...I then got home and called around 345 to the 630 number and some man answered and I gave him my name and cell and he said oh we can't pull up your information and we will call back...so I get a call back from a lady she  said I had gotten a loan online from some national loan place for 500 dollars and and I'm getting sued for 5000 dollars...really? I'm pretty sure I didn't get a loan cause I don't have good enough credit...plus I have applied for loans and not gotten approved...even credit cards...not approved! Also I told her well if I'm getting sued then serve me and hung up! Anyways what can we do to turn these people in?

I did call the attorneys general office and they already know of this scam and they have been trying to get them for a year now.  it is only a matter of time before they catch them. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.  They are trying to extort the American people.

The guy name Jim Marsh called me at my work place, saying that i have a law suit against me for not paying back a loan i got. I told him i never gotten a loan anywhere besides my school loans. I have applied for some loans online, but i wasn't eligible for it but never ever gotten a loan. So i was thinking, im getting charged for applying for loans online to see if im eligible? I then told him that i never received any loans from the sites that i'd applied to, he then told me he doesn't know either that i should take it to court and informed me that the people suing me has documents and crap and if i dont win the court, i'll be fine like 6,000. but if i pay it right now, i'll be paying 1,000.
I could hardly understand what he was saying and it was way to noisy for me to understand him. He said I had two options: go to court and fight it, or to pay it without going to court.
He also knew who i banked with and one of my friends name, and im pretty sure he knows my address.

I have these jerks calling me serveral times a day and then they started to call me at work.  I informed him that I knew this was a scam and he could go to crawl under a rock he was not getting anything from me.  He then told me he was a terrorist and that he knows where I live and that I better keep my doors locked and my children safe.  I have called the FBI, Attorney's General Office and I am going to have my phone # changed.  I am pretty scared about the whole thing.  The scarriest part is that they do have your information because they hacked into some banking institution or something.  In my opinion if they say they are terrorist we should believe them and try and get them and send them to the worst prison on earth.Caller ID: 810676161

and i check the number its registered in texas.. i went and got a consultation from a lawyer and he said it sounds like a fraud? what legal action did you do??
