Bobby is a SCAMMER and a complete a***ole

Caller ID says INTERNAP M5 Beware business owners this is a SCAM. They want you to switch credit card processing. Never do this, only do credit card processing through the bank that you already do business with. SCAM, SCAM,SCAM!

I just reported this number and company to the FCC. They go by the name "Merchant's Cash" and are incredibly rude. I am already on the DO NOT CALL list but they are continuing to call. I asked to be taken off of their list, but they have not done so. Anyone else who is being bothered by this company, please file a complaint with the FCC...it is the only way they will stop the calls or fine the company.

I get about 3 calls a day (all recordings) from Merchants Cash. I usually either hang up immediately, or just put the phone down and walk away. Next time I'll ask to speak to Ben Diamond and see what happens.

MY WORK PLACE KEEPS GETTING CALLS ALL THE TIME...CAN I REPORT THEM IF I HAVE REQUESTED TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR CALLING LIST OVER AND OVER AGAIN IF WE ARE A BUSINESS?  ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY HATE THESE CALLS EVERYDAY.

These people know that if the Feds can't respond to something like Katrina, or get folks out of the DMV quickly and efficiently, that it'll be a long time, if ever, before anyone does anything about them. Call me cynical- but a realist too.

We get called from these folks several times a week (for almost a year now). I refer to MY caller ID prior to picking up phone calls at my business SIMPLY DUE TO THE HUGE VOLUME OF SCAMMERS/SPAMMERS LIKE THESE FOLKS. I simply answer the phone and immediately hang up the phone IN THEIR EAR.

I do believe that the folks at this number use other phone numbers to call you back for their loan pitches. Almost like clockwork, we get calls from loan scammers trying to sell their crap right after this "screening" call is made.

They repeat their behavior regularly and there's nothing we can do sine businesses cannot quialify for the do not call list.

Totally garbage company. Perhaps the mob?

I'm on the no call list and these people STILL call me.

They claim to have an address of 65 Clarke St. NY NY 10002 - they're scum and have called me at least four times in the past week...and I'm on the do not call list.

They call my office number almost daily and hang up. I call back and get recordings. When I block my number, they answer. I did some research and here is what I found out about 646-747-1397:

We just received a call (recording) from this company.  It seems to occur about once a week.  I had put the office phone numbers on the "do not call" list because we receive so many annoying calls.  But this company is obviously not interested in checking the list.

This number has called me several times. It shows up on my caller ID and I call it back. When I begin to speak to the man on the phone he hangs up on me!! This time I told him I thought I had been disconnected and told him this number had showed up on my phone several times. He said it was probabley a wrong number, they dialed it accidently. I asked him to take me off the list last time and he said he would but never took my number just hung up really fast.

Total scam outfit.  They say if your business accepts credit cards you're eligible for a $250,000 loan. They ask for SSN and other credit information.

When I called back the male subject gave several different names, was cussing and using profane language and refused to put me through to a manager or supervisor. Then he stated he was the supervisor and manager and owner of company. He then gave me his name of Elvis Presley. Very rude and insulting, every word out of his mouth was vulgar.

I reported this company as well, to FCC, BBB and donotcall.gov

Started out with "Hi, this is same from Urgent Cash..." I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST; Caller ID states OUT OF AREA

I received a call from 646-747-1397 at 12:07 pm today. I answered it and no one was there. I googled the phone number and it brought me to several sites to click. I am glad I clicked on this one. I, too, am on the DO NOT CALL LISTS, both State and National.

I used to own a Business, but sold it in April 2006. I also filed a Complaint with the FCC, and thank the person above for the link.

My caller ID did not show a name. It said "UNAVAILABLE".

Missed call, so I called back. They answered "Merchant's Cash" and asked if I needed cash for my business.

I called a few minutes later and asked if they were interested in beach front property in Arizona, right along the ocean. He took the bait and I strung him along for awhile. He wanted to know what I would sell it for. I closed by telling him it would be worth a lot if there Arizona was by the ocean. I added that I was tired of his continued and annoying calls and that he could expect more from me.

We've been getting calls from this number every afternoon and they just hang up. We also are on the Do not call list.

I just got a call from this number and they got my answering machine and the message was computer generated on dial certain numbers to remove from call list. I did nothing of the such since I have found this useless to do.
