Unknown number to me.

646.926.0839, lady by the name of Kathleen Walker stated pretty much the same thing everyone else has claimed, she leaves up to 6 threatening messages per day on my cell phone...glad to see I am not the only one receiving these calls...I called the number back she left on my messages and they wouldn't tell me their company name, FYI...I am not sure how to get rid of them calling except to change my cell number...any ideas?

We received the same call yesterday for an employee-I told the man(Chris Jones)  with the foreign accent that the person he wants has left work for the day and he asked me to give him a message to call this number immediately.

This happened to me today as well!  I was teaching school to 2nd grade students when my classroom phone rang and it was a foreign sounding individual.  She stated that I owed her money from an incident in 2010 with a cash advance.  She said  her name was Kathleen Walker and that she was calling from "General and Legal Group" in New York City.  She demanded that I send 1645.00 to her within 30 minutes or else she would not be able to stop what would unfold on me if I did not comply.  She went on to say and I quote: "If you do not comply so help you God!"  She stated that legal paperwork would be filed against me tomorrow in my county of residence and that I would be charged with 3 federal charges and that I would be losing my job.  I contacted the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission, along with my bank who all confirmed that this is a scam.  The bank reviewed my statements from January of 2010 until December of 2010 and everything was clear.  I also asked them to stop calling and they would not....even the principal asked them to and they would not stop.  It really bothered me all day and I have been really worked up since this came up.

same thing happen to me... but he told me his name was Mike Davis (American name with a Indian accent) Duh!!.... I guess they need money and since they are from India they are really hurting now.  Trust has gone out the window.  The meal ticket got shot....

I got several calls from them at work.  I asked them to stop calling my work.  They told me I had a cash advance that u didn't pay back.   I asked for written proof they refused to send me anything and would only tell me the name of the debtor but no phone #   I called that company.  They have nothing on me and said it was a scam

I recieved the same type of phone all in August 2010 and they never sent me information to my home address they said they had. Then today, May 4th 2011, they called me again. I asked what the company was that they were collecting for. They said Cash Net USA. Before hand, I rememebered that they said the same company in August. So I did my homework before I called them back. Cash Net USA never heard of me. They didn't even have my phone number that this debt collector had. I told Cash Net USA about this they said it was a scam. They called me 2 times within a 2 hour time frame. When i called back, the lady on the phone was very rude and I told her that I called Cash Net USA and told her what I found out. She told me to shut up and to listen to what she had to say. I went off on her and she just kept repeating "shut up" "SHUT UP". I just hung up. I then proceeded to files a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. I hope they can do something about this. Its getting old.

The  woman stated her name was kathleen walker and stated that i would  be arrested tomorrow for not paying back a payday loan that i never recieved. This stressed me out all day and  caused me to be nonproductive for my employer. This is terrible and needs to be stopped! NOW !!!!!!!!

This is definitely a scam - I spoke with 2 people from this number.  They gave 2 different company names and threatened that law enforcement officials would come to my job to pick me up and take me to court.  Hang up immediately!!

"Alex Walker" called from this number this morning about an employee in my office. He had a middle eastern accent and was very rude. He stated that it was an emergency that the employee call him right back. I told the caller that the employee was not working today, but if it was an emergency to call him at his home number. The caller insisted that I take a message and I stated to him, "this is a business, do not call here again" and I hung up. He called back with his number blocked and it appeared as "0000." All the caller said was, "Arent you going to listen to me?" I stated again, "this is a business, do not call here again," and I hung up. The caller called back a third time and said, "well I'm going to hang up on you now, you stupid head!" Really, now...a "stupid head?" please!

I have received calls from these people for the last 2 years with the same message.  They keep threatening me with legal action if I don't return their calls.  I answered the phone once and gave them my attorney's phone number and they still keep calling me and never called the attorney.  They are scam artists, saying that they did a pay day loan and put $350 in my account which they did not. I told them to send me proof and I have not received a thing.  I have proof that they didn't because I have my bank statements.  These people need to be arrested. They are a fraud trying to take the money of people down on their luck.  DO NOT TALK TO THEM.... I GET THESE CALLS ABOUT EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS.  Report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)....They need to be stopped.

A middle eastern male calls me from this number.  Never says exactly what it's regarding, just states that either I or my attorney of record needs to call.  If not, he can not help what will unfold upon me.  Very threatening messages, but never states the company name or exactly why he is calling.

This people are scam and continuously calling me. I am fedup of this people.
