They are actually a firm out of California.
Guess they deal on multi- level in various states.

Recieved a call from RSS giving me this number to talk to Alan Smith about being sued. Was told i was not being sued yet but could be for a past debt if i didnt give him all the information he was asking, wanted all of my income info, bank information and more, also had my SS# which i dont like at all. Is this is a scam?

i got a call from 657-201-1061 to call a Alan Smith they even gave me a case number what a bunch of bull how do these people get your work number? saying they need to fax some stuff to them ...

Who are these people? Had a call from rss , the rep for them said i need to call to avoid legal issues
gave me 2 and a half hours to call. So i Googled the number before calling and seen these postings.
Good thing i did,  i will now contact someone for advise.

I was  called and told to call 657 201 1061
When i called the number he says Allen smith was someone that works for him.
I was told im being sued and he demanded i pay him money right away.
When i started to question him he really had no answers. He started to raise his voice in a threatening way. It seemed like all he wanted to do is argue and yell. He started to shout some threats and it was then i realized that this so called firm are scam artists. I have an uncle that is an attorney that practices out of Texas that will assist me in filing complaints as well as a lawsuit.
