It appears that the phone number for National Safety and Security has been disconnected and they have closed their offices in Santa Clarita.  Have the people who have been running this operation finally decided that everyone finally got wise to their phony operation and decided to close up shop for now.

  It is now April 2014 and I have not found any new internet posting of jobseekers who were contacted or went to their phony job interview.  I am sure that they will reopen in a new city under a new name with the same old sing and dance.  If they do I hope that anyone will take the time to research the company before going to their new location.  There is a lot of postings from people who applied to the job ad.

I just need to know if this company is legitimate. You back them up and I want to know from you what office do you work out of and what is the address. I have googled them and the only office that comes up is the one in Santa Clarita. Why not the other ones? I don't have money to throw away so is this for real or what?

I got a voicemail from these clowns today. The chick identified herself as "Nichol" and wanted to schedule an interview. So I called 661-288-2044. Guess what..No answer. That should be your first clue. The girl sounded like she was straight out of Continuation High School. This "company" is a SCAM!!

I went to there interview and I was waiting in the office and I waited for my turn on the interview I googled and and just decided to walk out.

I work for a security provider that serves all over the world and the only thing I ever had to pay for is my firearm license, CPR card, and powers of arrest card. After that, the company hired me. They didnt charge me for a  background check. As a matter of fact, they provided me several sets of uniforms for different work sites, they paid to further my training, paid for some of my schooling, gave me a frearm provided me with a patrol truck, gave me a discount on HMO, and pays me time and a half for over time. What's your company's excuse? Most companies would invest in their employees, not the other way around. Besides, as someone who is supposed representative of this company, your post is unprofessional and berating (base on the fact that you're using caps lock). Shame on you for defending a company that has obviously done something wrong, got caught, and now starting all over again to scam on unsuspecting and honest working Americans.

So tell me, what's your office's address? I would like to see this "success" story.

What legit company would charge an employee $75 for a background, $99 for sales kit, and another $99 for a company manual? A company should be investing on training the employee in order for them to become better at their jobs, not the other way around.

I went through the training. Im so excited. My office is opening this week. Im actually getting my lease signed by corporate. Its so exciting. I am really succeeding. Those of you that are skeptical . Hang in there go to there meetings. There corporate management is amazing. You will love the DVP she is so inspirational. I love them. We are looking to expand in the van nuys area, therefore if you would of paid attention to the manager and the secretary, you would of realized that that is a new location they want to open.  Yes , National Safety offers job opportunity for people who are looking to grow and expand. Just because you think that it is a scam, that is your opinion. I have worked for this company for years now and i work all the administrative departments, and its the saddest thing for all you negative people out there that you prejudge a company, this is why you are unemployed in the first place because you find the negative in everything you do in life. i work for national safety and security i have been with them for over 2 months now and love it because we are in the business of fighting fire and saving lives. i am excited i have opened my own office after going through a great manager training class that i learned more than any college class that i have ever taken for business. i have learned to deal with negativity and be more of a people person and manage my own business. i love that we are not a sales company we are in the business to save lives work with local communities to help get fire statistics down. a little more about me i used to work all kinds of odd jobs that were going no where with no room for advancement. i was a secretary a stage manager and volunteered in the local community sailing center. in june i saw the ad on craigslist and got excited about seeing a job that i could make money with no experience required came to the interview believed in the mission of the company and have been here ever since. i love everyone that i work with and cant wait to show everyone how great this company is.

I was going to go to this tomorrow I had an interview with Mrs Berger. Maybe I should go and have this lady arrested already. People like this should be in jail for a long time. I called the sheriff's station and nothing they can do till I am victim.  I was like ummmm be me and follow her lead. drrrrr.. The law doesn't work that way. Shes been doing this way to long to no have gotten caught. Its a fake scam. Never pay anything up front.

I went for a interview last week at the Santa Clarita office. I got there 30 minutes early and the lady Dana took me to a meeting room where I filled out some forms. After I filled out the forms I GOOGLE the company and this website showed up. About 30 minutes after waiting another lady come in the meeting room and I told her what I have founded on GOOGLE. After watching the out dated movie I was pulled in a office for a personal interview. During the personal interview I kept asking when I will be getting my first paid check and the guy was not giving me the right answer, so I walked out of the office and took off. Then I founded out the other lady walked out of the office after learning it will a SCAM. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AND SAVE YOUR $75.00

Damn. I'm about ready to cry. I've been looking for work for the last 6 months and this seemed like a godsend. Perfect Office assistnat job. My interview was with Dana this afternoon at 1pm. Guess I just gotta keep looking. At least now I wont be wasting gas on the drive to Santa Clarita

On another note, I forgot to mention that I looked up this company through the Business Consumer Alliance. Go to their web site and you will find that they have been given an "F" rating, due to all of the complaints filed against them. Ladies & Gentlemen, it pays to do your research. I have contacted the local news station here, and am going to contact the local DA's office as well. This clearly is fraud and should be investigated & exposed.
