My credit card Id was stolen and there was a chargefrom "Grants are eassy" A few days after I got a marketing call on my cell phone(16612959429)offering megrants information. I have no idea how they got my personal information or why they called me on my cell phone (I'm registered for DO NOT CALL) Seems to me this is an scam.

I received a call from 1 661-295-9429 on April 20, 2009 @ 5:51 pm, but when I answered they hung up. I do not recall what was on the caller ID other than the number, but now when I dial that number I get no answer. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

Scam Google job Russian ascent.

Call from this company to my wife today.  Two levels of advisor regarding "Gov't Grants".  Wife shared that no decision made without consulting with her husband.  Received a call  a couple hours later where the supervisor (Yolanda) wished to speak with me.  After requesting the name of the company so that I could do a reference, was put on hold.  When Yolanda came back on, shared that her supervisor would be calling tomorrow with answers.  (My question was what is the name of the business as I'd like to check it out with the Better Business Bureau.)  I said "I think I'm done".  Yolanda hung up.  The next level supervisor, Monique, wanted to speak, but I said that Yolanda's hang up was rude and I found complaints on the phone number and if they were doing something wrong, I hoped God would forgive them.

Calls to my home from this # 661-295-9429 no one is on the line when I pick up Iooked at my on line missed call list and see that they have called my home 33 times in the past 3 weeks.

Yes, continually calling my daughter, 3-4 times a day for the past week.  We keep telling them to stop, but they don't.  Who are they?

I received numerous fraudulent charges on my capital one credit card from companies such as Grants for You, Netflix, etc.  Now I receive calls from 1-661-295-9429 just about every day.  After a search, I found out the number comes up as C Trent at 30133 San Martinez Rd Val Verde CA 91384 661-295-9429.  It comes up as a manufacturing & industrial supplies in Castaic California, grocer, and grease trap types of businesses.

Anyone else having this problem?

Any resolutions?

I keep finding similar fraud reports just like this (like what has happened to me).
