I have been receiving calls all day on my cell phone and work phone saying I owe money to Cash Advance America and if I didnt pay them I would be sent to court and possibly jail.  I am so scared!  He said that Cash Advance America has tried to contact me through email numerous times....I do not delete ANY of my emails and I have not found anything from Cash Advance America, even in my JUNK mail.  I was told to call 360-930-3395 to resolve this issue, so I did, and when I asked for Cash Advance America's phone number so I could speak with them, he gave me 813-319-2654...which apparently is the SAME companys phone number!  They are just trying to give us the run around so we end up paying!  First they said I took out a loan for $300 and refused to pay.  So I will be tried in court for Theft by Deception and Fraud.  With all of the loan fees I was to pay $1057, I do not have that kind of money just laying around so he said if I didnt pay TODAY the fee would go up to $5000!!  But, being the nice guy that he was, he transfered me to MY state collection representative to work out a deal...If I could pay, $529 today and $529 by the end of the month, and send a fax to them with my info apologizing for the missed payments, they wouldnt forward my info on to proceed with their lawsuit.  So, me being suspicious person that I am, I typed in these phone numbers and found all of your comments...Thank you so much!  You just saved me $1000!  I was so scared!  I didnt want to go to Court...Jail....

this number has called my cell and called me at work, harassing me. My DM had someone in our H.O. research the company and he said it is fradulant. The number was linked to a scam that happene in Kansas, I live in Tennessee and it was on our local news stations, because it happened to a girl in my area.

I have gotten calls from this company for over a year now. Each time they tell me to pay them $5000.00 for a $300.00 pay day loan. I have never taken out a payday loan. Not to mention I don't even have a checking account for them to deposit a payday loan into. And to top it all off, the man who called me threatened to f**k all of the women in my family for not paying them. So tell Mr." Jacob Miller" does that sound like a company that follows FCC or FTC rules or guidelines? And why dosen't your company ever disclose the company name, or address? Could it be because you are a scam and will be arrested as soon as we find you?

I'm in the same boat. Exactly as everyone here has posted. They harrass me at work even after being told NOT to call back at work. By law, they are not allowed to contact you at work if tell them not to. Guess they don't understand English. They have violated numerous laws byt using threats, telling anyone who answers the phone a pack of lies, refuses to give me the so-called company they represent or their address. They will not give me their address so my lawyer can contact them. I have filed complaints with the information I have with the Attorney General and the FTC. If they were so legit, they could/would provide proof of so called debt in writing, would have someone who spoke ENGLISH, would have a legitimate number come up in caller ID instead of the bogus number which links back to a cell phone, would glady give the information of the company they are representing so information could be verified instead of transferring you to another NON-ENGLISH speaking person who sitting right beside them! I am so sick of these people.

Oh and Jacob Miller -  why don't you put on here the full name of your comapnay and it's address so we can contact you or better yet the BBB to see what they have to say... if YOU have the guts!

OMG! In a weird sort of way, I am so happy to have found this site!!! I have been being harassed by these same people. They also told me that I was being sued for non repayment... of something I NEVER received! I explained this and he kept telling me that I needed a lawyer. I informed him that I was going to file a counter-suit.. for taking money out of my account without authorization ( of which they did, instead of ever depositing any)and for harassment at work. He asked me to give him my attorney's info. I told HIM to send me something in writing and on letterhead, so my attorney could contact him.. he hung up on me! This about the 5th time these people have called me. I WILL be reporting it to the fraud department!!
I too have been given different names each time. These people are really something. If they can't even put it in writing.. as if I didn't know already... it is all a scam!
Oh and for the comments above from that "Jacob Miller".. you are trying to scam people and using scare tactics for people that have no reason to fear you... you should be afraid because it appears there are a lot of people here that are wise to you and it IS going to be reported!

The caller said is name was Officer John Turner and that i needed a lawyer. Then when i asked for badge number and what state he was a officer.The guy with the bad accent told me to F  myself and called me a magot .THen hung up????

Oh yeah forgot 6 months ago the person that called me told me to write something down and I told them I got a pencil and he said ok write this down Go F*ck yourself...andd he hung up on me..then this time my hubby says oh and it's posted all over the internet about this fraud and the guy said don't ever call us again and he hung up on him!!  OMG do people really have that much time on their hands!!!

These people called me like 6 months ago with the same sceme and I had my husband call them back and told them that when they tried it 6 months ago we didn't fall for it and now they're doing it again and they're calling my cell phone too...the caller id is 05-279-7833 and the call back is for officer Max Jacob at 661-674-4579...I seriously think they need to keep better records!!

I receive a call from this number every 6 months stating that I owe for a loan that wasn't paid. I inform the caller that I have the bank statements to prove that no loan was ever deposited into my account. The person I spoke to yesterday 12/3/09 stated to send him my statements. I asked him for which month whas the loan made and I would send him my statement for that month blacking out all important info, he stated all of them and not to black out anything. I then stated to him that I wouldn't send all of them since you should be able to tell me the month the loan was deposited into my account if he had the paper work to prove that a loan was made and I would be blacking out all important info so he hung up. The company is a fraud and gets very nasty when you start asking questions. Please don't give them any personal information.

I have had numerous calls from this place they always call and tell me Im being sued for check fraud and the last time I told them id sue them for harassment they didnt call me anymore bc I never had a loan EVER! This place is fraud and Id encourage you all not to give them any info. He couldnt tell me where he was located and then said he was calling on behalf of my state attorney general. But if i had something due to my state my state would call me themselves.I know this bc i used to work for the state! I cant beleive the schemes people have these days protect yourself and you name report them to the authorites!!!

These people call and say that they are from Legal Legislation Department THERE IS NO SUCH COMPANY I have talked to an police officer and was told not to call them back or give them any information if they cant leave you a the name of the business and the reason why they are calling then its a fraudulent call and we as consumers can go after them for harrasment people we need to record calls from them and take all the voice messages to a lawyer and build a solid harrasment case against them so mr jacob miller be ready for YOUR DAY IN COURT cause its coming soon

member called and said to call  the 661-674-4579 and said i was being sued for check fraud.. he keeps calling my old place of business and then said that i have a debt that needs to be paid.  I called the number and it was just some rude guy with a bad accent talking about hes a legal place but wont give me any info.

A guy has called me and my brother from this number and said that I need to get a lawyer and also told my brother that he was being taken to court because of me. Each time he calls he uses a different name. He has used Peter Smith, Dave Smith, Todd Smith and Ray Smith.The nimber that shows up is 052-797-833 but then he says to call him back at 661-674-4579

man called and said i was being sued for check fraud... I dont write checks ... then called and said that i had a loan that needed to be payed. so since they keep calling ... I call them every 15min just to return the favor.  If i dont yell at them .. i prank call them.lol  Payback is a bi***. dont call me trying to scam.

Accused my son of defaulting on a payday loan. Wanted settlement at 60% of an alleged balance. Had no facts, figures, dates or details. Said he would send all supporting documentation after payment was received. "Steven" and "David Smith" both spoke with a definite middle eastern accent. Demanded attorney information so he culd press forward with a lawsuit. Incoming calls ID as 052797833 but call back number was 661-674-4579. Said his company was Interest Affidavit Unit

My son received a call from "Steven" saying he defaulted on an online payday loan. This person called over 15 times saying the default had escalated to legal status and demanded settlement. I followed up with this "Steven" person who did not speak good english and had a definite middle eastern accent. He could not give me any details, dates, facts or other information about the alledged loan. After he got mad and hung up his "manager" "David Smith" called me back asking for our lawyer information. Again he could not supply any dates, facts, or details of any kind. Funny thing. This alledged default occured on an account that had been closed for over a year!

Person who doesn't speak good English stated his name was "Ray Fleck or Ray Flock". Stated that my son had used my name and phone number illegally and that if I did not return this call I would be held responsible for what ever legally had happened. Would not go into details in message.
Have not returned this call!!
