Some kind of call center. These people call me multiple times a week with an offer to buy my car posted on Autotrader and Craigslist from me for some ridiculous low ball. They sound of Indian descent and always ask the same questions. "How long have you owned it, clean title, no accidents, lowest you will take?" then they counter with a lowball offer saying they will hand carry it in cash. It's getting old because I keep having the same conversation multiple times a week. They use many different numbers actually but if you are using Google Voice and initiate a callback, it calls this number rather than the one displayed as incoming.
