A woman by the name of Carla Monroe left a message for an individual that does not live here or own my phone number. The message quickly spouted whom she was representing making it incomprehensible and asked for the individual to contact her at two different phone numbers. One phone number was this local number here in Atlanta and the other phone number was 866-376-0410. I promptly googled the phone numbers and did not *hit* the local number but did get a *hit* on the 866 number. The message sounded very professional; sounded like a lawyers office and very cryptic. I did not return the call. Apparently, according to the info from the 866 number, this is from a Collection Agency representing themselves as a law firm known as Mann Brackett.
