These people threaten to come to my job and have the sherriff department to come to my job and pick me up.  I could not believe that mess

My mother called me and said this lady called her and scared her half to death.. saying she needed to contact a neighbor because they wrote a bad check. she told my mom she had a felony and then changed her story trying to get her to go to the neighbors house and have her contact her. This needs to stop!! these people are going to give someone a heart attack!!!

My mother received a voice mail on her home phone from a woman claiming to work for "Investigative Marshals". The woman wanted information about me but did not specify what for. I'm positive it is a collection agency trying to collect on an old debt I paid off or a debt that is no longer valid. They probably have some old info from 20+ years ago and are trying to scare me into paying. Instead, their stupid calls are scaring my mother half to death because she thought it was a law enforcement agency.

I have lived in the same place for 10+ years, if it was a valid debt. An agency would have my up to date info.
