Calls from this number comes twice a week without fail, for ten months now. No name above the number, but there is this:  V10918390500009, and I have no idea what it means, but I hope it helps..Being on the Do Not call list does not prevent calls at all.

Call from (701) 661-1007, as soon as I answered,they hung up.  Happened twice today.  Have been getting these now for a couple months.

Got a call on my cell this morning from two numbers... 701-661-1007 and 360-474-3956. I always answer "This is Kathy, can I help you?" because robocallers always hang up if you don't say "hello". Called the numbers back and a recording said I was being called to participate in a survey, the time for which has now passed. Gave me the option of pressing 1 to have my number removed from their call list, so I did.

Calsl our office all the time, no one says anything, phone beeps and then the phone goes dead.

In order to do business with the Government, my business has to be registered on the GSA database, which is viewable to the public, so I get marketing calls from these types of scam artists all the time, promising to get me government contracts by "listing" with them (for a fee, of course). The fact is, the GSA database IS the place government purchasing agents go to in search of for goods and services. Usually they don't bother leaving a voicemail because they no one is stupid enough to call them back.

Bloody imbeciles. Called us in Hawaii at 4AM in the morning, business line went through to emergency home phone. Woke the whole family up. Ironic, as  we ARE consulting for the feds. and these people are certainly not working for our government. Phone rang, no one on the other end. It's getting so phones are no longer viable due to dodgy telemarketers and collection agencies. Changing ph. numbers doesn't even work anymore. Guess we'll just have to use texting.

It's not the Government; it's a company that offers GSA proposal services to small businesses. It calls business that have ORCA registrations. They obviously use automated dialling, which is why there are so many "hang ups" -- they dial more than one number and talk to whoever answers first. Today, I called back and asked (through their automated system) to be put on their do not call list (which shouldn't be necessary, since I'm already on the national do not call list!). We'll see if it works.

From what I read here it sounds like a scam. I am an SBA registered business and probably they are obtaining these phone numbers from publicly available info. Got a call, silence and Goodbye. Will not answer next time.

This is a collection agency using pre-texting and lies to fish out information in order to locate individuals on behalf of clients (collection agents, or attorneys, usually).  Their number backtracks to (877) 736-7488.  They have called several times using a variety of numbers to get answers for a renter I had who moved out.  I didn't give them any info.  They use lies (they gave the name of a hospital stating the client was in cardiac arrest and they needed to find family immediately), requesting phone numbers, addresses and next of kin.  The next time they stated they were from the State of North Dakota and had $500.00 of withheld deposits from eletrical utilities.  They needed the name/addresses of the individual's family so they could return the money of the deceased (who wasn't dead).

jUST SAID "GOODBYE" -AUTOMATED COMPUTER GENERATED VOICE- AND HUNG UP ON ME.

Called my business line. Left no message. I never answer calls from other than my own area code. I figure if its important, they'll leave a message. If its a spammer that leaves a message, I then flag their number as spam, and issue a "This Number not in service" response (thanks to Google Voice) in case they try to call again!

Person asked to speak to my business partner and just hung up when I said he was not here.

Got the same treatment.

They wanted to know if we had more than 500 employees. Weird.

This is the NINTH time they have called despite repeated requests for them to cease and desist.  Each time we get a human we have told them that we are immediately filing a complaints with the National Do Not Call Registry, but this has not stopped them.

Hung up immediately after I said hello.  They are scam artists pretending they have access to gov't contracts.  They just want your money.

This was a telemarketing call from Jason for GSA Expedite.  This is now the EIGHTH time they have called us in violation of the Do Not Call Registry, and the EIGHTH time we have reported them at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

A callback and hit "option 1" does the trick. Have had no further calls from them. We did leave a quick message also, explaining that the REAL federal government has been contacted to have a little talk with them. =)

SEVEN time violater with the tink/Goodbye.  Reported AGAIN.

That's now the SIXTH time they've violated the DNC.  The tink/Goodbye.  Reported yet again.

Our business is construction and we get scam emails from Nigeria daily and now we are getting these "let us help you get more business" calls weekly. If all these scammers quit taking up my time, I could get my own legitimate  business. It makes me crazy that they jam thier line so we cannot call them back, should be illegal.

It was a human this time - GSA Expedite.  Told them it was the FIFTH time they have violated the DNC and promised not to call again - yeah, right.  Reeported them once again.

Same as our last report on August 1.  Rings, a bit of silence, a "tink" and then a fembot voice saying "Good. Bye."

I received a call from the 701 area code phone number above.  The lady stated that she was calling in reference to Federal Government work; long story short I talked her off the phone by probing her with many questions.  I called the number back and pressed 1 to be put on their do not call list.  Not even a full minute after I hung up another woman called named Heather from a so called company by the name of ISPYPHONE yes I Spy Phone now she was calling about software for tracking our calls from our website.  Will report her to the FBI, they love this stuff.

They called my business and when I answered, there was dead silence.  I said "Hello" loudly, and there was a couple of clicks and then an automated voice said "Goodbye" and disconnected.

Third time in two days; this time it was a human pushing GSA contracts.  Promptly reported them (again) at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
