JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM 702-520-1145 AND WHEN I CALLED BACK IT WAS BANK OF AMERICA TRYING TO OFFER SOME THEFT IDENTITY PROTECTION. LOL. IRONIC, ON THE PHONE.

I would bet anything it's NOT Bank of America..

I work at a bank and this number calls several times a day and when I answer they hang up. I tried calling back but it says the call cannot be completed.

i have missed call every day from this number and they are keep calling me every day. but when i call them back nobody answer. i have no idea whose number it is. ??????????????????????

It is NOT Bank of America.  I have caller ID and if it was legitimate it would of stated "Bank of America."

I received this phone call on a daily basis since 2 months and I don't answer when I don't know who's calling. I called them back and it seems to be a company called "Privacy Assist Premier" They refuse to remove me from their calling list because I refuse to give my full names and details.

It is Privacy Assist Premiere. A bunch of a**holes.

I've also been called daily by the 7025201145 number.  I just called them, and got the "privacy assist" answer.  I just asked him to put me on their do-not-call list.  Unfortunately I had to give him my number, but what else could I do?.  He said it may take up to 30 days for it to take effect! I thanked him and disconnected.  Thanks for this website.

Thanks to this website. I was not home to receive their call but my mom-in law took the number saying i was not at home. I googled to see whose number it is..thanks to the website...i'm not calling them after reading all this...

Most likely Bank of America 'cuz the ID says card services and I have an account w/ them.  Every day 4 3 days while at work.

This number has called me a number of time.  Does anyone know who this is?

2 calls everyday 7 days a weel no matter what time is it...and looking for me,without any message....i really dont answer it..i just ignore it.....

I got the calls too. I called and someone answered, It is Bank Of America spamming [as usual] with some privacy service they can offer you

i finally answered them one day...he asked if i had activated my new BoA visa. i said "what do you mean!?! you're BoA and you don't know?!?!" this really threw him for a loop. he stumbled and was like umm..yeah..ummm...you can call...umm...i went into (fake) panic mode and said "omg...i must have called some bogus activation number if you really are BoA calling and you don't know....i better call right away and get a new card!!". kind of funny...i ended up hanging up on him. they are still calling months later, but i don't answer anymore.

dang! i did a google on 702 area code and came to this site. ive been getting calls from this place too! but they keep hanging up. i dont answer--I have a relay program since I'm Deaf and an operator sends instant messages on my phone calls for me. i tried calling back via relay but it got a busy signal. this seems definitely like a scam.

I called BoA after getting a call from one of these people with the callback number of 1-866-433-3481; I pulled a customer service number off of BoA's official website, worked my way through the menu, and spoke with a BoA representative.
Though admitting sometimes BoA will job-out things like this, they will (when pressed) give whatever office, department, or section of BoA they are calling from or for; this individual (in 3 direct requests and an explanation that such is a common request) would not admit more than they were calling from Boa AS BoA. The BoA rep I contacted checked and stated there was no authorization from them to contact me for any offers or services.  He pronounced it a scam, and stated that such scams were working their ways around the country.
Going by what the BoA rep said, any info these callers are using were not "given" or sold to them; they do not represent BoA.  Give out NO info, not an address or anything else.
And scammers are no respecters or Do Not Call Lists.

No BOA account here so the bit about BOA is probably bogus.

Answering machine records at least 4 calls per day ...no message left and is repetitious through out the week, Sundays excluded. I assume it's a Tele-marketing scam to find out ,what hrs. you are home to answer the phone.I've tried to redial and the call is not completed as dialed message comes on.

Been receiving numerous non-stop calls from 616-980-4030. So i finally decided to answere it. some guy (Billy Castille?)ask from my wife and I told her she wasn't available and that this is her husband.I asked him if I can help him. He was trying to seel credit protection on behalf of Bank of America.  I told him to put my number on the do not call list. He said he would and that if we decide to change our mind to call the 866-433-3481 number. I just called that number for the heck of it, and the guy who answered it sounded like telemarkets. I just hung up. I've been in contact with Bank of America via email and THEY ARE ABSOLUTEY USELESS. THEY SOLD MY NUMBER TO TELEMARKETERS AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT PUT OUR NUMBER ON BANK OF AMERICA'S DON NOT CALL LIST. BUT IT'S TOO LATE, THE TELEMARKETERS ALREADY HAVE MY NUMBER. BoA said they weren't going to contact any of the telemarketers and that it was my job to have the telemarkets put my number on the Do not Call list. I'm going to cancel my credit card account with BoA! I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE BANK OF AMERICA BOUGHT MBNA!

for the last couple of days, this number calls us regularly as well. never leave messages, and 2 times I picked up, no answer.
really annoying.

They told me they were with Bank Of America and told me that there has been a increase of Identity Theft and they were sending my room mate a credit report....he gave me a number so she could call them back and it was 1-866-433-3481  I looked that number up on this site and it told me alot more.  Basically Bank of America gave out peoples info who have a credit card with them to this company who represents themselves as being part of bank of america and they are trying to sell credit protection.

Called me today and was really rude near the end of the conversation.  He asked if my room mate was home and I told him no and asked if I could take a messege.  The number he gave me was 1-866-433-3481  and in a sarcastic voice he said his name was Michael Rynheart....and emphasized he was with Bank of America.  He was really rude when I asked for his name and said that anyone could help her here...lol I hate these spammers.  I wish they would please get a real job and stop taking advantage of older and innocent people.

Receiving 2-3 calls a day...no messages left on machine.

The caller is soliciting "credit monitoring services" for only[?] $12.99 / month.  They new my credit card company, so I'm pretty sure that company gave them my number.

I keep getting calls almost everyday from this number.  They never leave a message...I never answer.
