Listen up people: Janette works from her house, calling "marks" for THIS particular tele-scam pack of idiots. DO NOT ANSWER calls from this number. DO NOT CALL BACK  any number left on your voice mail.  

IF you call and press 1 to "be removed from our calling list"---you'll only be ADDED TO THEIR CALLING LIST, OTHERWISE CALLED A "HOT LIST".

Tele-scammers sell their "hot lists" for several thousands of dollars. FBI busted up one tele-scam ring and got a "hot list" selling for $180,000; evidently, tele-scammers are organize crime funded / supported.

And because most all these calls are "loop sourced" OUTSIDE the U.S. ( spoof disguised to appear IN the U.S. ), they circumvent the National Do Not Call Registry.....for now.

Simply ignoring these calls EVERY TIME, stings these scumbags---maybe "Janette" will find other work to help the Welfare she collects feed the kids, while their daddy does his prison time.

OK Ron, how the xxxx do you know the real source is Mexico?  I will block it using my VoiceZone Enhanced software or better yet, forward it to a discontinued out of service number.  That gives them them the out of service tones and message.

Caller ID was "URGENT."  Presumed telemarketer.

Called just after 12 Noon. CID said Cell Phone, NV. I did not answer and no message left.

Call came through as "Urgent"  Laughed myself silly at these dopes and forgot about it.  It's late at night where I am and I just went to delete the number but I hit call back instead....got a recorded message saying if I wished to remove myself from their calling list to press 1.  Stupid idiots.

Either these POS scammers are amateurs---or they have an "URGENT" need to get people to answer their calls---so they can make a "hot list" of potential scam "marks" / victims, to sell for thousands---up to $180k or more!!

This particular number's REAL source location comes from Mexico--Monterrey to be precise; that clue alone says this phone source is EXPENSIVE to operate daily--a tab, picked up by some drug cartel.

Eventually, these "organized" crime outfits will tire of spending all that cash for these spoofed phone sources......and all WE have to do is NEVER ANSWER THEIR CALLS.....EVER.

Let them call however many times they want.....let them deal with the voice mail service.

Oh---important tip: DO NOT use your Call Block on these guys: a) Charges on YOUR phone bill may apply and 2) the scammers will find out they've been blocked---that's just as good as YOU answering their call.

Really now? Well, guess what YOU did the second YOU spoke to this POS scammer:

1) The call says it came from U.S.--but it REALLY came from Monterrey, Mexico!! Might explain the broken English / foreign accent spoken from them.

2) YOUR number ( cellular or residential--doesn't matter now ) got MARKED and likely joins thousands of others in a "hot sheet" listing of potential scam victims. "Hot sheets" in the tele-scamming biz can sell up to $180,000 between tele-scam teams ( because most of them are funded by "organized" crime outfits, like mafia and/or drug cartels.

3) YOU probably aren't the first one who thought it'd be a clever idea to give them some law enforcement office number--if not one for the FBI itself ; they likely know already THOSE office phone numbers. All they were looking for was to speak to someone.....and evidently, they got away with that.

4) Worth repeating: This particular number source comes from Mexico--OUTSIDE the U.S. and outside the grasp of America's DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

The SMARTEST thing anyone can do when receiving strange out-of-state numbers shown on their Caller ID is to simply NEVER ANSWER THEM.

If they are legit---they WILL leave a voicemail recording.

No message was left, and I did not answer.  Caller ID showed call being from Urgent 702-529-6078  My number is listed with the Do Not Call registry.

Ho Hum..another robo call...Caller ID said: Urgent...not the sharpest tool in the box....wouldn't you love to know who is making these calls...human? robot? No message left, of course...I just delete, delete, and delete.

Called my number in NH with the caller ID of "URGENT:   Not the brightest people in the world. Who is really going to pick up the phone with that ID.  Really funny!

I just told them I knew someone who need one.and to call monday. Gave then phone number to the State securty Licesing board.

Another number for my call blocker. Bring it on S*&@( Heads, I have room for plenty more with a 1000 number capability.
I was getting bored cause others are giving up after getting just dead air space. Of course my phone doesn't even ring, but it was fun to see that they tried to call again.

Caller ID said urgent. I know no one in Las Vegas.
