This number keeps calling my switchboard at work multiple times during the day and never a person on the line.  Obvious that it's an automated call but never anyone on the line.

I dont think they were smart enough to get records from a casino, they are just trying to get dumb people, took the guy about 20 seconds to say he represented the company responsible for all visas and mastercard and had access to all of the accounts lol  (DUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!)  but it was fun playing with the retard and the best part is that my cousin was filing a police report while we were finishing our conversation  :)

They called me also at my job. My fiance stayed at the Palazzo Casino recently (about a month ago). I think these people must've broken into their system and have access to people names/credit card info.

Called me twice now. I hung up the first time as soon as I heard they were calling about a credit card. Second time no message

Called, I answered, no one said anything and then they hung up.

702-607-5725 is a SCAM, I suggest everyone to report that number, the person called and identified as Donald Nelson from Card Member services, and that he represented all Visa and Mastercard (told me after I asked which card he was talking about)  thats how I started to get suspicious, after that was easy, I got my cousin which is a high ranked law enforcer (and my neighbor) to listen to it and we started giving wrong information and he was telling me that everything was verifiable... I told him about my cousin and the scammer started laughing, my cousin told me to hang up and report him and give all the details...

When questioned the caller was annoyed and hung up.  Saw no sign of customer service skills.

Caller offered to lower my credit card rates.  The introductory statement implied that the caller knew who was being called and had information regarding my card.  The caller asked if I wanted to lower my credit card rate.  I replied yes.  The caller then asked to whom she was talking.  I replied by asking who were you calling?  The caller disconnected the call.
