They claim to be some sort of collection agency.  When I called them back and asked for the name of their company the lady who answered the phone said she wasn't going to answer my questions.  I used ecreditadvisor.com to help clean up my credit over a year ago and they did a great job.  I've contacted them for advice concerning this issue.
