I got a call from that number too.  It is a call back number from AFLAC Insurance - I had contacted them via online form, to inquire about a quote for Individual Vision Insurance, since glasses are outrageously high.  So, it is a legitimate number. Not sure why they would call anyone, unless someone has inquired?

It's the call back number for AFLAC.  They ask their callers to input a number that they can call you back on if the wait is going to be too long.  If they called you and you're not a policy holder it's because someone typed in their call back number wrong and got you accidentally.

UM YEAH It is a solicitation if you don't have AFLAC, and it's freaking annoying! You must work for the company and have nothing better to do than come on here and make excuses for AFLAC.

It's AFLAC customer service auto-dialing system; not a solicitation that I know of.
