my phone rings every hour from this number, Recording is silent at first and then says "Goodbye" and calls back in one hour.  Has been recurring since 7:30 AM this morning.  The number does not accept call backs

Yep, same thing happened to me just now. The conversation pretty much went like this:

Some foreign woman: "Hello, Lee."
Me: "Who is this?"
Woman: "I am calling about the computer."
Me: "What computer?"
Woman: "The computer. Is it running slowly?"
Me: "Is this a solicitation?"
Woman: "No. I am calling about the computer."
Me: "What computer?"
Woman: "You have a computer with Microsoft Windows. Yes?"
Me: "Being that this is a solicitation, I'm going to hang up now." *click*

Call showed up as from Hartwell, GA. Either it was a solicitation or a scam. Regardless, it was pretty dumb.

Some chump from some 'IT solutions' company calling about my Windows operating system. Told him he was garbage and hung up. I'm sure he's devastated.
