Every 20 minutes CCS calls from a different number everytime.  They say they are calling from Kaiser, but are harrassing my phone and me.  It is about 20 times a day.  The latest number was from

all different phone numbers, I have no idea the person they are talking about...

received 2 similar calls from them thus far. Left VMs twice. Claim to be regarding a checking account for a person whose name is garbled (but not my name), and for a bank I do not use or have heard of. I called them back the 1st time to tell them they had a wrong number, they confirmed the phone # they had called and I asked them to stop calling but apparently they didn't listen. Can't tell if this is an actual wrong number or if they're just scammers, and if they're scamming, what for.

The first time I got a call from them was yesterday, left a message saying something about important information regarding my checking account.  I googled the number, which was a California area code, and got some interesting information, they have an F rating in Concord CA for poor business practices.  I knew this was a scam because they never mentioned our name.  She just wanted to let us know there was a problem with our checking account, and they were required to contact us regarding this issue. I knew there was no problem with our checking account, we've banked with the same bank for a number of years and if there was a problem, they would contact us..  I called and a gal answered and immediately asked if I was "so and so". I told her no and no one by that name lived here and I would appreciate it if they didn't call back.  Guess what?!  The idiots called back last night.  I normally never, ever answer calls I don't recognize, but these people deserve to be yelled at, so I did!  They hung up.  Nov. 29, 2:00 p.m. and the idiots called back again.  I answered and immediately began yelling at them and they hungup, darn!  They call, I'll yell,  great therapy.  I'm so sick and tired of companies invaiding people's lives. I hope they never find this poor person, but they call I'll yell and I'm keeping the phonie message, there has to be some way to use it against them.

I got a call from this number, 707-294-1342, and they claimed to be from Kaiser Permanante. I had never received a call from Kaiser that came from this number, so I denied being who I am and said they had the wrong number. Is it positive that this is a debt collector? I don't know that I have any outstanding debts due to Kaiser.

They say they are Billy Harper or Mr. Branford, or some other guy, each time it sounds like the same a-hole leaving his squirlly message to try and manipulate you in any way that they can to get you to call in and pay your return check fee. They are a debt collector attempting to collect a debt, on a returned check you right from you checking account. They might as well be a used car salesman the way they and most debt collectors run their business. I'll wait to get something in writing before dealing with these people on the phone. They all buy your debt for pennies on the dollar and then expect you to pay full price plus a fee that makes them money for their services... so when they say "they want to help", they don't, they want to make MONEY. That is the way this world operates! And just like the previous poster on this website says, they call from multiple numbers and never ask you to call back the same number they call from. They are stupid.

This number is CCS. They call from multiple numbers. They state they are calling with concerns to your checking account, but will not give you complete info. They will never put anything in writing,
