Yes omg,,, I am getting the same calls.. Indian Male, Names Jack Dawson, and Mathew Rodgers, and some Hernandez, telling me all the same thing,,, so I called the loan company and they advised me to call the Attorney General., so I did and they told me what forms to fill out..

i got the same call today and after long deliberation. i told him i would call him back in 10 mins. never did. Afterwork i went to the pd and talked to an officer and he called the number and told him not to call me back. he told him he was a policeofficer and the guy said it is all taken care of and not to worry and more and hung up on the officer. he told me it was a scam and not to worry ang block this number.

got a call from a peter rodriguez stating i owe money. He was rude!!! the number was 0000 call back number 708-593-4738

I to got this phone call and it was an arabic man who I first talked. I then demanded they put someone on who speaks english so a guy got on claiming to be an officer and said I need to pay 300 hundred dollars within a hour or I was going to be arrested and asked him for his number and he gave me the 708 593 4738 and when  called it back he said he refuses to discuss this with me anymore and that I have an hour or I am going to jail. So I refused to pay the 300 and he say dont call this number again and that I would be arrested in an hour. So I to call my local pd and asked them and they say it is bogus. Beware these people just want your money.

Called my buddy today threatening to take him to jail if he did not pay loans(the loans never existed).  Seemed to also be fishing for personal information.

I also got a call from 7085934738. Could barely understand and stated they were officer tony wilson..Did not understand half of what they were saying.

A person name Andrew Mcadonald called me today telling me i have to pay for loan i did not recieve.
He was very rude and didn't know what the loan was for or how much the loan was. He connected me to a person he said was his supervisor. I told him i wasn't paying for anyhting. He said he will send police to my house to arrest me tomorrow morning. I hung up the phone. I called him back left him a message telling him don't call my phone back.

Just missed a call from a 000 number. Listened to the voicemail and was the same as everyone is describing on here. His name was also Andrew and stated that there was a legal case against me and my social security number and if I did not call back right away I would be taken to court immeadiatly for the money I owed. He also had a think indian accent and left phone number 708-593-4738. After a quick google search I found this and other forums and all the scam complaints and called him back. He refused to give me any information on the company he was calling from and after more threats from him I let him know his company is a scam and he better not call again. He still fought me and stated he was going to now sue me for saying he was a scam- crazy! I let him know he cannot call random people and leave threatening messages and get away with it and then he hung up. Please watch out for these guys.

You would think that this "operation" would have been shut down by now? I finally blocked the numbers because they continued to call.

I just got a call from this # and they told me that I was making illegal transactions and that charges would be pressed against me.  They tried to talk intinmidating, but when they don't have a firm grasp on English it's hard to take them seriously.  I said I was going to call my bank and he tried to keep me on so I hung up.  Then he tried calling me back 3 times really fast before I could call the bank.  Spoke to someone at the bank and they said my accounts were fine and I actually got a higher interest rate when I spoke to them so at least something good came out of this.

Missed a call and got a voicemail advising me to call 708-593-4738.  Asian accent this time.  Party claimed to be calling from the "financial crimes division"  of (agency/firm muffled) and advised to call back that same day or I would be named as the principal party in a legal complaint involving financial crimes.  Called the FBI to report the attempted scam.  From all the comments above, sounds like someone out there has a little ring going for themselves.  And yes, "reverse phone lookup" indicates this number is located in Bellwood, IL.  They didn't get far enough with me for me to know if they were going to try to collect a debt, get personal information for identity theft, or something else. It's just another scam.

A call came in to my cell phone identified as "0000."  A guy, who sounds like an Indian, identified himself as Officer Charlebran, or some such.  He said he had important information about a legal matter and not to disregard the call.  I am a certified fraud examiner and the police don't call to collect private debts.  It's an obvious scam designed to scare the weak minded into paying a non-existent debt.  It sort of reminds me of the Nigerian who demanded that we ship to her a PS3 that was advertised on Craig's List immediately, as it had already been paid for.  NOT.  Be careful of scams like this and e-mail phishing scams.

I just got a call from Officer David Wilson claiming some BS about a legal matter. It's a bogus call. Tell the him to go to hell.

My Wife getting call with this number, 1000 and this 708-593-4738 they are keep on harrsing my wife for payment  for some kind of sit.They are form FBI , telling us to pay 326 droller or FBI is going to come down and arrest her.

They keep on call us , let us know how to block this number.

Officer David Wilson called me from this number. It is a scam trying to get you to wire him money. He tries to tell you that you have outstanding debts from a company that cannot be named and that they are pressing charges. Its a bunch of crap. Don't be alarmed, odds are they have no information on you that isn't already public. I wouldn't even call the number because since then I have received 2 phone calls with no one on the other line.

I received the same call today. I hung up on him and told him I didnt have time to listen to him anymore.  He called back from an 0000 number but left the number 708-593-4738 to call me back.  I have save the number and message from my voice mail. I am waiting on him to call back again since I am in law enforcement to see what he will say next.  He also told me I would be picked up if  I dont call him back within an hour and I didnt so I guess I am okay for now. I want him to call me back so I can let him know I will not be doing as he say and give him a piece of my mind.
