got two calls from this number, caller id Mitchells Comm, same man on both calls leaves a message that he "got wrong number and I apologize"..

received a call from this number, after answering there was pause, then the man apologized and said he had the wrong number.

Same format. Caller said I had won a top prize and insisted not a cold call and on and on

Got a call from Mitchell Commu 708-833-8470 while I was on the other line, clicked over and got hung up on. Finished my call and tried to call the number back and when the line was picked up I got " goodbye" from a recording and hung up on. Have blocked the number on my phone so won't be hearing from them again.

same here. Patrick from Nestor (?) Communications Corp called saying I'd won a top prize, that they'd made several attempts to contact me (which BTW they didn't), and this would be the last time. He said he is aware of the DNC registry and he wouldn't be calling me if I hadn't entered, etc etc. This appears to be a scam or at least a time-share like offering where there is a significant catch. Google the number they tell you to call back 877-279-3457. There are substantial reports about this number from January 2010. Looks like they changed their caller ID (charlie brown... REALLY?!) and the number they call from (708-833-8470) different from the number you are requested to call back.

like cyrus said, they left a msg saying we won a prize, the name that showed up on caller ID said Charlie Brown lol, and the guy that left the msg sounded african american and his name was Patrick, claimed it was not a telemarketing call, but just to congratulate you as a top prize winner. Don't take this seriously for it's most likely a scam of some sort. :]
