Called several times before 9AM...Indian (Asian) sounding man identified himself as being from
"Value benefits of America"

Got a call on my cell from 712 429 0346 just after 8 in the morning on 6/20/7.  No message.

Goss...I live in florida,and I also have got these anoying calls from about 7 differant numbers on my cell,712-429-0350...0346...0348...0351...0353...0343....0341...with this many numbers looks like our FCC could do something about the scams.I bet they would if it was to happen to some politican....

I first started giving them false birthdays, and I would tell them up front, you don't need my birthday, you have no way to verify it, here is A birthday. They got really angry. Then, the last time they called (OVER 3 WEEKS AGO!!!!) I said, "If you call me one more time, I am calling the police." He immediately apologized and never called again. I also stated that I was recording phone conversations and creating a report for the police. That scared them too. I started writing down dates/times of calls and read them to him. These things really freak them out. Go for it!

I received over 20 calls in 5 days from a 712 number. They used a variety of numbers, always the free gas card. Towards the end I would give them false birthdays and such and let them know I was doing so. It really made them angry. Then, I got really angry, and said, "If you call me one more time I will report you to the police." He immediately switched to an American accent, apologized and never called again. HOWEVER, only 3 minutes later I got a call from obviously the same place, but this time selling magazines. I said the same thing, they screamed and I mean SCREAMED in my ear, and then hung up. They've not called back again. GOOD LUCK!

PUT THIS NUMBER ON DONT CALL LIST IMMEDIATLY!!!!

I got a call From 712-429-0347, and this Indian accneted guy Says I am Entitled to a T-Mobile plan Phone and asked for My socail security # and My Liscense #. I told him Both I fell For it. Now I got to Put a freez on My credit accounts. NOBODY MAKE THIS SAME MISTAKE!!!

712-429-0346 called Monday 10/14 at 2:36 and left no message.  Called back and recording stated number has been disconnected.

I just now received a call from 712 429 0346 and when i answered they hung up .... i had the computer in front of me and thought i would see if i could figure out who it was well to my surprise a lot of people have received calls from this #! I tried calling back and it said this number was not a working #!

what the hell!! wish i could get some good advice to stop the constant calls from this number, morning through evenings

calls constantly 3 to 4 times a day 7 days a week has a foreign accent.

Pretends not to understand when I ask him not to call again. Have tried to call the number and it says not connected. Calls as late as 9:00 PM and will call repeatedly. Indian-accent male on the phone. Says I won free gas gift cards. Am researching next step.

this # calls my business multiple times a day.  never saying anything (dead air) then i hear the hang up "click".  if i dont answer they call right back

approx 10 calls within a 15 minute period, varying numbers that all show as being located in Sloan,IA through Venture Communications, 712-429-0345 (Sioux City, IA), 712-429-0346 (Celebration), 712-429-0256 (Celebration), and 712-429-0255 (Celebration).

Look into some of these other numbers on this site; the list of complaints is very much the same.

received 10 calls in less than an hour all from different 712-429 numbers. no message left and when i answer there is no one there. this is getting extremely annoying. they call everyday more than once. get home from work and there is 6 messages of just silence. wish i knew how to stop them.

Calls are showing up on my caller ID. No message is left. They call and hang up. Have called every day while I am at work.

I have a relatively new phone number (late Aug '07).  I get several calls per week from 712-429-0xxx numbers (0346, 0351, 0348, 0256, 0255, 0258, etc.).  I never answered any, so I can't add much, but it's very annoying.

Same deal as the rest of you. Brand new phone # for us.  Figured our Fed Do Not Call is not 30 days old yet.

Have been getting regular hang up calls which begin with the recording "Please hold, your call will be answered in the order it was received."

On the last call I could hear the system switch to a noisy call center (heard lots of background calls) and then it went dead.

You all do know how easy it is to spoof CallerID right?  It's a dirty phone co. secret.  It stinks for us.

Maybe someone will nail this call center.  Let's hope!!!

called multiple times always silence when I answer. I was hoping this was a semi reputable marketing firm but I can see from the past comments I have little hope of having them stop calling during my child's naps.

I just got a call from this number.  When i asked the name of the company he was with he said Value Benefits of America.  He wanted to send me a $50 gass card and a $1000 shopping spree and and have me pay the shipping.  This was the second call before 9am, the first one was on Sat.!

First call was at 2:39, 2nd call was at 3:43 the number is 712-429-0347 and it is listed as Celebration.

I received a call from 1-712-429-0346. When I answered they hung up.

I answered and a man with an Indian/middle eastern accent asked if I was Mrs. Webb- The Webb's had my phone number more than five years ago because I've had the number for five years- and I asked who it was. He gave me a name which I don't remember and said he was calling from the International Loan Center and before he could continue I said, "For one thing, the Webb's have not had this number for more than five years and for another thing, I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST so if you don't want to get some big time fines, I suggest you take my number out of your system now."

His reply was a very cool, "Yes Ma'am, I'll do that today." To which I replied, "Thank you. don't call again."

They have called five times in the passed two weeks but this is the first time anyone has actually spoken, they usually hang up.

712-429-0346 Called @ 1:57PDT June 22/2007.  Woman just said "Hello"
several time and then hung up on answering machine.

I again received a call for 712-429-0346.  I answered and surprise there was a foreign man on the line.  He asked for me as Mrs. with  my last name & asked for his name twice but could never understand what he said.  Anyway, I asked who he was with and he said The International Loan Center.........WATCH OUT SCAM ARTISTS .  I told him to keep his loan, go to hell and I hung up.  I have reported this to the Iowa state agency and they promise to respond within 15 hours, NOT.  They are opting to ignore the complaint.   All of this will go to the FCC as I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Called and left no message.  I called the number thinking it was a job opportunity returning a message.  The phone did nothing...it was complete silence.  No ring tone...nothing.

I got a call from this number at 8:00 (EDT) on June 15, 2007.  It was a male, who sounded as though he had an Indian accent.  He asked if I was the property owner.  I told him I was.

I then told him to wait for a moment while I connected my recording equipment.  I told him that "this call is being recorded for quality purposes".  He seemed not to understand.

He asked if I had a mortgage, and I told him that I did.  He asked how much interest I paid on my mortgage, and I told him 35%.  He said, "really?", and I told him that "this call is being recorded for quality purposes".

He asked how much the mortgage was for, and I told him $275,000.  He wanted to know the value of the property, and I told him $280,000.  He then asked what the monthly payment was, and I told him I really didn't know, since the money just came out of my bank account.

He then said, "OK, have a good day, and hung up".

Got a call form 1-712-429-0347 on 6/9/07 @ 10:44 PDST. My husband asked where they got the number, he refused to answer. When asked to remove our # from his call list, he hung up. The call wa an offer to change our "high interest" home mortgage.
