I receive a call from this number every day, 3 to 4 times a day...(I made note on my called ID).  They keep asking me for someone I don't know.  Since I have had this number for 6 years, you'd think they would update their records.  How do I make them stop calling me.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I asked them to stop and they keep calling me.  I also reported them and the calls keep coming.

This number is associated with a fake attempt to sell you a newspaper subscription. Within 1 minute of you giving them a credit card number or bank account number, they have your account completely empty or your card charged to the limit. This is a scam, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL OR EVEN CALL THEM TO COMPLAIN. ONCE YOU  CALL THEM, THEY CALL YOU EVEN MORE AGGRESSIVELY!!!!!!

The people calling from this number use various deceitful "causes", or other deceitful schemes in order to get your identity, your bank info, or your credit card info and they empty your accounts or charge your cards to the limit. They can steal every dime you have within 3 minutes. DO NOT TALK TO THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Who the heck are these people? And how the hell did they get MY number? Quit calling me!  I finally answered one of these calls and a machine tells ME to wait for a representative.  UM EXCUSE ME...you called ME...I will not hold for anyone.

These people have been calling my direct extension incesently (5-6x/day).  When I first started receiving the calls I answered them but there was no one on the other line.  Now when I see their # come up on caller ID I don't bother.  It rings 3x and stops.  How do I get these people to stop calling me???

hey, they call me too and when i answer they just hang up but when i called back there was a message saying "by the phone number you are calling from this is "michael martinez" press 1 if this is michael, etc" when i pressed 2 saying i am not the person it just goes back to the beginning of the message over and over again. wtf? they keep calling multiple times a day and hanging up.

I have received 3 calls in the past 4 hours from this # (on caller ID).  Each time I answer they hang up and I get a disconnect signal.

I have received as many as 3 missed calls in one day.
Have not responded to phone number 714-364-4442.
I am also on a "Do Not call List.

I would like them to stop it!!

This is CBE. They are a debt collection agency. Remember that they need to tell you up front that the purpose of the call is to collect a debt.

Do NOT answer the calls. It could be a collector service or it could be a scam where they try to keep you on the line as long as they can while call charges build up. Then you get a horrendous bill the next month, I received an e-mail warning of this scam a week or 2 ago.

I am tired of getting calls from this number asking for Michael Martinez, when I tell them have never of that person, they question me over and over asking if I am sure I don't know Michael Martinez.  I have not had very many calls, but still a nuisance and uses up my minutes.
