I am another recipient of these calls.  I filed a complaint with the FCC, and I called level3 fraud department.  The level3 guy said they are wholesalers of this number, but he would research and pass the complaint to the actual reseller.  He feels confident that the reseller will shut off the number because robocalls are likely a violation of the reseller's terms and conditions.

Let's hope.

These dirtbags are the result of "Income At Home.com" scams. Stay at home, like Obama said, forget a real job, and then just annoy the hell out of people.

All the calls are from "Kurt" who wants to optimize my listing. What listing? I'd like to have Tyrone, and Bubba optimize this a-hole in the prison shower system, to teach him the finer graces of social behavior... thereby being too busy to irritate the rest of us.

All the calls are from "Kurt" spoofed all over the map, with a "press 1" for further details. How about Tyrone press you in the prison showers? Why I'd bet those boys would appreciate that, right up there with a few cartons of smokes. Then "Kurt" would have his fill [pun intended] of how we feel about this.

Kurt Stein called ( 714-418-5643 ) - Scam call to request additional work.
This number appears, but I get assorted names used.   This is my 6th call
today.....

They call and say nothing even though Im talking, hello ".. hello..." I reported the harrassment to level 3 and next to my phone company as well

Call came in at 1:16am on over the past weekend.  Pre-recorded message with male voice stating the company web site was not working on smart phones, and his name was "Kurt" and to call back at 714-418-5638.  

www.Level3.com is the carrier for both numbers, and their Fraud Department can be reached at 877-371-8776.  The lady was extremely helpful in confirming the above facts, and filed a report with their customer.  I find kindness goes along way with those individuals who answer phones for a living.  Be prepared to provide the number which showed up on your caller ID, the precise time and date of the call, and the number(s) which they called you at.

www.FoneFinder.net  has been a good source of helping me begin the calling & determining process of such carriers.  You may have to make more calls if their records are not up to date, yet with determination we should be able to reveal these criminal low life's (as I am sure their parents are oh so proud of them..lol).
