Yes, my name is Randy, yes, I own Nationwide. That's right! Sometimes we says only Nationwide, others Court Servies and when really motivated, Nationwide Court and Attorney Services. I guess De Niro is NOT really De Niro as sometimes he's called Robert or Bob or Bobby! Any information left regarding litigation and or post judgment remedies is NOT illegal as it's public record. As to what you claim we discussed, I would NEVER contact an individual unless there were issues related to what we were hired to do and I was seeking the assitance of the person who was looking at a post judgment remedy. Believe it or not, I was doing you a favor.

Randy Phillips called work and cell and presented himself as the owner of Nationwide Attorney Services, or Nationwide Court Services, he couldn't seem to get his own company name correct during the phone call. Left illegal information on a voicemail line at my workplace and said that he was working on behalf of a lawyer and had a wage garnishment order. Got very angry when I asked questions since I had never heard of the company he said he was representing. Obviously a scam since I can't find evidence of this company. Watch out!
