This company has claimed I took a payday loan out with them. My account information was compromised. I have already inform them, they call my phone numerous times as well as my place of employment.

I keep getting calls from 914-752-4954 and 714-598-1141...They say I am in big trouble and have to go to court on money owed to me, THEY ARE HARRASSING ME AT HOME AND WORK. How can I stop the calls. They have my ss# bank info and everything.

I too received calls from this number.  They claimed to be representig Bottom Dollar payday,  I fell for the SCAM "silly me" and after repeated attempts to get my money back, no resutls.   I called the day they took the funds and they said they would put them right back,  two weeks of phones calls I have been given tracking numbers, check numbers and every excuse under the sun and no results.  I was lucky and used my Debit card and have a possible recourse.  After I called them on the third day and advised I did not get the refund they then claimed to have collected for Cash Net USA which I do not have a loan with.  I asked for an address for the company and they gave me the address to Cash Net USA  I did contact Cash Net and filed a fraud report as they are working with theFBI to track these guys down as they are mis representing themselves as part of the company.  I also contacted my bank and cancelled my card so they can not get any more funds and am working with them and the local police to file the proper reports.  THey need to be stopped,  I only am out $90.00 thank God but in todays workd $90.00 is $90.00.

They call me all the time w a wrong # I've told them several times to quit calling and they hang up and call right back calling me all kinda names I called back to talk to a supervisor and while talkin to a suposive supervisor christopher smith cuts in on the line saying vulgar things...these people are so annoying and hate being called back being treated the same way...call them back and cuss them out they'll leave you alone...he was really pissed when I told him to jump back on his camel and ride back to his own country hahahahaha!!

I received a call on May 9, 2012 from a gentleman who stated his name as Allen Turner with Cash Net USA a payday loan company.  He asked for my attorney's name and number, and I informed him that the call was being recorded and I would forward his information to my attorney and have him call.  I also informed him that he is calling my job harrassing me and not to call back.

I just received a call today May 10, 2012 from the same 714-598-1141 number and the gentlman calling stated his name was Robert Miller and that he was going to transfer me to his supervisor.  After pressing some numbers where I could hear the touch tones another man came on the line and stated his name was Kevin Lewis and that he was with the legal department.  I asked the name of the company, and you guested it he stated he was the Cash Net USA.  I informed him that I do not have a payday loan with this company.  He let on to say that Cash Net USA was the mother company of hundreds of other companies.  I inquired when did the so called loan take place.  I informed me that a deposit was placed in my account on March 2012, which I have never received.  I informed him that I was reporting him to the FBI and my lawyer and hung up the phone.  THESE SCAMMING GOOD FOR NOTHING CREEPS must be stopped.

fix his a**....google search payday loans....apply using a new email address and put his phone number so he can get harrassed.......fnnnnn foreign b*****ds...

everyone submit there phone number to other payday loan applications....that'll fix them

Someone needs to get to the root of these a***oles. That's why I will never click on paid advertising banners on Google again. Stick with local organic searches and you won't have this problem...

Calling my phone every week very poor Indian broken English speaking a***ole. Said his last name was something Johnson. Bogus loan that I never applied for. Said if I don't return his call he wishes me best luck, ok? And?

Called and was speaking very poor English. Said if I don't return his call the only thing he can do is wish me best luck, lol!!

These arsholes, with West Indian accents, have been calling my home for over a month. They are looking for someone who doesn't live in my home and I have asked them to stop calling. They call daily. I'm reporting them now.

This man from this number got he me for $200.00  bucks! on wednesday 4/10/12 i did have a payday loan that was current, he new my banking info ect. he said if i paid it off today I would pay only 200 instead of the 300 and since i already paid 6 payments on it...it made sense! NOT.....now for the good part...he told me to use a green dot money pack from walmart in which i did! dont do it dont do it!   i called back gave him money pack number and the next day 4/11/12 he TRIED to pull 300 out of my checking account as well!!! well of course bank stopped that and i went to state police! police are on it....however called money pack fraud dept and they said that 200 was taken off card and put into a paypal account! so now money pack fraud is involved and so is paypal fraud/law enforcement. this made things super difficult for me..as new bank accounts new bank cards new everything including phone number!!!!  the names he used were     Ronnie Knox and Christopher Smith....get this as i was at police station i called him on speaker and office says the 2 men sound as they are same voice different name....wow ....i fell for that?    i also called the payday loan company ...they said they would never have called me with such bull as i am current....well they decided that since i got HAD and paid those payments that my loan is now paid in full.....hmmmmm~ hopefully they arent involved...but i have learned a valuable lesson here....and will never have another payday loan nor will i pay anything online or over the phone!!!!!!     they must catch this creep~ we all work hard for our money and he or they should too......they have a judgement day!

just got a call from this guy, THICK Indian accent. He said he was calling about a case filed against me, I just told him I knew it was a scam, and if he calls again I'll call the police and hung up on him

714-598-1141 in process of disconnecting his telephone last night.Landlien.He got me for 200.00 with a proise loan of 500.00.I , if I understood it correctly, think he was or is or lied that his website is ?Advanced Cash Services.(I got the rest correctly)First he called wanting money for a loan I didnt have then made a 360 to offering me a loan as I do have a couple payday loans while hospitalized that did help me.byknocking the interest off. This guy is smooth.My first scam was obvious.These two approaches were unreal.This guy is a sneak. He fooled me because the first one was nasty.

He said he was from India.I have been told by an official DO NOT send ANY money outof this country. One other one was caught(the money) before he picked it up.They returned it to me.Western Union has been a good help in this mess. I won'ttake another gamble for sure no matter how desperate my finances are. DO not Listen. JUST HANG UP , but it doesn't hurt to go along with questioning them a lot for info.

This is bad.Toomany calls.Some company,maybe a collections firm must be selling a list as I have never been bombarded with 21 calls in one day!It makes you feel lousey as it advertises people who may be in need.There is a principle involved here of privacy Law. Or if a loan is half filled out, and you opt out, I went back and checked one and my name and some info was STILL there a few months later.Most wipe it out immediately.God bless you guys for all your help..This one is a real^&**

i get the calls about every couple of days like today is thurs an i got about 6 calls in 3 hours so it seems the are cold calling from a list

callin from several numbers including 9196655495 unknown 8182846622 all calls are claiming to be attorneys they are differant voices using the same names in fact today the message they left the guy was laughing so hard he could barely leave the message... claims to be from the department of investigations

I've been receiving this number off and on over the last two weeks.  It's always a bad, scratchy connection with an Asian voice.  Whoever it is keeps demanding to speak to me or my attorney.  Once, my caller ID couldn't even give me a number, but just said, "Blocked call".  Really, if I was in that kind of trouble, I think I'd receive certified or at least first-class mail with a verifiable name and address.  Whoever they are, they're most likely up to no good.

This has got to stop. This fargin' icehole called me every 10 minutes on Wednesday the 28th. I turned the info over to my attorney.

Same thing here.  Multiple calls over several weeks to our home phone.  Different voice on the message every time, but they read from the exact same script - word for word.  Called back and actually spoke with someone once and they had my wife's correct name and address, but incorrect SSN, email, bank info.  Wish there was someone I could report these people to.  This is getting annoying and should surely count as harassment at the very least.

I received a call from this number also saying I owe for a bogus loan. They have called numerous times. The person that called has very broken English and you can't understand them . This seem to be a pattern with these non English speaking people trying to extort money from people. The last call I received called me very derogatory names. Someone need to stop these broken English speaking people from harassing people. How are they obtaining our information. I think it is because almost all companies are using foreign countries to process our personal information because it is cheap labor.

I have been receivng calls from this number, stating that it is time sensitive and urgent that either myself or my attorney return their call.  I have also received calls from this number at my workplace which is not appreciated.  The caller states it has something to do with a case against me, giving the last four numbers of my SS#.  This is a scam which I refuse to get involved in.

Got several calls from this nu;mber stating that it was urgent that either myself or my attorney return their call.  Supposedly it had something to do with my social security number.  They even went so far as to call my workplace which I certainly do not appreciate.

I received a call from this number saying I didnt pay back a payday loan,  I never recieved and they are bringing charges against me.  They have obtained all my information from a payday loan application that I had filled out on line.  Never received any such loan.  How they get their information?  They need to be stopped.  Last week received similar call from a number in Florida. same people saying I owed Cash World.

Yep I get calls from this #  all of the time, but the area code changes weekly so google the area code # to see for yourself. They are frauders/ scammers, they are even calling my work # they say they are taking legal action against me. For what I do not know because I know what I owe and to whom and its not those places calling.  Don't fall for this scam ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will tell you its a time sensiitve message, they are taking legal action, and sending the police to arrest you. They call every Monday and Tuesday and then seem to not call the rest of the week.  Tell them you want their # so you can call and harass them !!!!!!!!
