They call me about 3 times a day and their posing as process servers & a fake city legal services I am getting tired of them I hope this helps you guys

They robo-called again this time from 2108535850 and left a pre-recorded message stating that it was Spielman Weiss and Associates calling in regards to (Insert digitized voice here)  "case number" and sternly ended saying that I needed to call 877-867-8119 "BY TODAY"

I just received a voice mail from a "Mercedes Fuller" (no mention of who she was representing). In a broken message (as if scripted) she stated that they had two pending cases against me for "check fraud" and stated that I needed to call them back and reference "case number" (***432) asap. She continued to incoherently spew  "Failure to call us back will enter a plea of guilty on your behalf ". The end of the voice mail was ended with "You have been officially been served". Kinda hard to develop a check fraud record when neither CheckSystems nor Telecheck have you in their system.. Sounds like some boiler room recovery agency trying to reclaim some expired debts and trying to trump up ways to scare people into calling them back.

Note: You can only be SERVED by a civil servant (aka. Constable) within the county in which you reside. NOT by a voice mail (that for all they know, may no longer belong to the person they are attempting to "Serve".

You can't call 911 !!!!!  When the recording is on you WILL NOT be able to hang up and place a 911 call.

I have been threatened by these guys saying I have a loan out of payday loan yes. I have never done business with any payday loan. Just a auto loan title loan and that was paid years ago. This sucks so we shall see.

Have received numerous harassing phone calls. They call me at work and both my work cell and personal cell phone number. I know this is a valid debt but, like Angel Evilsizor they tried to charge my debit card and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't verify my billing address. I was then told I have to get a money gram and send it to them. Long story short, this is total BS. Just like all other debt collectors they are trying to use scare tactics to make you pay them the money and all they are going to do is sell the remaining portion of the debt to another collector who will the proceed to try and make you pay even more. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!!! I myself am going to call the company who originally owned the company and pay them.

Spielman Weiss and Associates are calling and harassing me several times a day. How can I sue them? They are saying that I have a returned item from the bank and this is false. They called me from phone number: 716-748-8978.

They want the Moneygram because Moneygram money is irretrievable once they pick it up. With your credit or debit card, the card issuer can claw money back from them if you report fraud. Moneygram cannot claw money back because it will be gone.

Also from phone # 877-312-0141. They say my card number can not be verified. They say it's my CVS code. The person I spoke with was rude and demanded I go to Money Gram. I will wait for my day in court. I make all payments from this card. Including a payment for an old debt from a REPUTABLE credit bureau who provided me with all the information on my application. They also sent me an email confirmation of the terms and how long it would take the credit bureau to reflect the paid in full status. Also received calls from them from 716-748-8978 and 855-628-7731. How many phone numbers do they have? And why can they don't run a valid card?

I have the same problem. They are calling me about a pay day loan from 2009, which I could swear I paid. I made payment arrangements. They told me they couldn't verify my card. I pay everything with this card. I mean everything, utilites and old debts. I had made a payment on an old debt the same day. The rep told me I had to go to Wal-Mart and do a Money Gram or they were taking me to court. The money was on the my card. I have never had to do a Money Gram in my life. I have received numerous calls, all from different phone numbers. They have not sent me an email confirming the information. They are rude and since they will not confirm anything, I will wait for me day in court. They are calling me 3 times a day wanting my Money Gram confirmation.

they keep calling with a recording.  I called back and asked for a supervisor, spoke with "Bruce Weiss" and he would not tell me what the call was regarding.  finally asked if the last 4 digits of my SS matched his records.  no, they did not.  but I wouldn't give him mine and he hung up

They just called me saying my check from 2006 will be sent to hays county

These guys are JOKES. I am filing for bankruptcy and they say since it is in an income loan ()aren't most loans based on your income) that it can't be filed under bankruptcy. Freaking idiot. Alos, if you google the number they tell you to call 877-312-0141 it does not pull up ANY business. Jokesters all the way!

this is from spielman, wiess and associates. i block the previous number of 855-628-7731. they said i have a return item from my bank. not true. not calling back but i did record it. waiting for them to call again so i can record that to.b****oles!
