I called this number back and get a message that it is not a working number.  Google says it belongs to Concetta Fazio Real Estate in NY.  The last time I answered and "Jack" said he was calling from what sounded like an elevator service.  He soon hung up.

Calls several times a week.
Ask to be put on their no call list and caller Said "No I will Not"
I ask again and he said "NO"
I ask to talk to his supervisor and he lost my call.

They have been calling here for the last three days; over and over again.  I'm contacting the FCC to add to the compaint list.  What in the world are they up to?

These calls are coming in several times a day.  At first they presented themselves as yellowbook representatives and spoke with heavy accents - male and female.  They wanted to update our free listing.  Now they call several times a day and just hang up when we answer.  Today, 10-28-10 was the last phone call we received from them.

They had been stalking me for a week.  About 15 calls total : "yellow pages" , hang-ups ....  No rudeness on my part, nothing stops these menaces.

1.) Filled out FTC online form 2.)  called phone company carrier to do a 'no cramming' block 3.) Filled out "donotcall.gov" form referenced on the second page of these feedbacks.
Calls stopped.  Follow this procedure and the insanity of these up-to-no-gooders will cease.

They have been calling multiple times for about a week. We are a place of business and this is very annoying.

They have called me 7 times today, and when I answer there is nothing.

Every day 5 - 6 times a day to my business, even Saturdays and Sundays they call. I informed them I am on the DON NOT CALL LIST, they seem to not care, i have told them to remove me from their calling list several times, they have not. Now to call my states Attorney General and report them.

Forensic science tells me the caller may be an East Coast booger eater.  I am told they can not answer the party they called because they have their index finger sunk up to the second knuckle.  The wireless headset allows the callers that are ambidextrous to occupy both nostrils simultaneously.  Those that are not quite as handy are still slow on the draw, because the free hand allows them to clean-up their crusty, soiled wedgy from yesterday.  Oh the Humanity.

Called me and no one spoke.  I called the number back, but blocked my phone number and I got a recording that said the number was "not in service"

how can you block a incoming number?  I am dealing with this number 23/7.  Many, many time, day and night. In severe violation.  I am reporting but until something is done, I want them out of my life.

There it is again.  This time I didn't say anything when i picked up the phone.  It's "the yellow pages".  Sure it is.  Thick accent. Bad connection.  This twice in one day.  I wonder if they will go for a third?

Just got a call from this number.  Nobody said anything.  He/She just hung up.  When I called the number...it's "not in service". Big Surprise.

I have all my regular contact numbers entered on my cell phone, so they are identified by name when they call. Otherwise, I make a judgement call based on the area code as to whether to answer. This number I didn't answer at any time.

I was going to let the first time slide as a dialing error. It happens. However, the "missed call" log indicates the following for 718-217-3911:

9/20/2010  = 5:15pm, 5:48pm
9/21/2010 = 8:41am, 9:51am, 10:34am, 11:34am, 12:18pm

I'm posting this on 9/21/2010. That's SEVEN calls, and it has yet to be within a 24 hour period. I can assume that these calls will continue. So, before I delete the call log, I wanted to post this for others to show the abusive calling pattern.

I have been recieving these calls also.  I also reported them to the FCC.  Everyone else please do so, so we can shut this" business" down.

They call and either hang up or when they do talk they have a heavy accent.. Google says they are a real estate outfit out of New York but the map showes then either in West Virginia or Tenn.. ?????

Called twice, first time they identified themselves as telemarketers with a heavy accent just like Larry said, second time they laughed in a weird and scary way and hung up.

This number calls my office several times a day and sayd nothing once I say my spill.  I don't get it.  Who does this and why?  Dont they other things to do then call to say nothing.

They've called me 4 times today. Each time, it is silence. When I call back it says the number is not in service.  Really annoying!

I reported them to the FTC.  I suggest anyone els who received these annoying calls do the same.  They are in violation of FCC regulations for telemarketing because they: 1) failed to identify themselves, and 2) provide an accurate and valid contact number, so we can request to be placed on their "Do Not Call List."

Constanly calling and hanging up... Other numbers affiliated are 3912,3913,3914,3915,3916,2917..Just beware if you do speak with someone from there...There out of St Albans, NY or so they are listed from there and sound very suspicious...scammers or telemarketers???  BEWARE...

i hate these calls...all day long they call...just got a call and he wanted my name i refused to give him my name and he kept asking, finally i asked him for his name and he wouldnt give it to me so he hung up...lol....these people are a joke....yellow pages....more like pain in my a**

I 'm getting tired of receiving phone calls from this number.  Is anyone going to anything about this.

White pages show this information for that number.  I sent a fax to federal communications commission, it is very easy only 1 page to sign.  Google it Federal Communications commission, and hit a complaint button right on google page.  You can print it out and fax it over to them.  Lets just close this company and get her real estate license revoked.  I am really tired of getting calls from her.

They also call many times a week, and for a long time there is no response, but eventually a man with a heavy accent comes on and verifies the number he has called, and then wants to verify the address. I stop him and ask why he is calling. To update our free listing in Online Yellow Pages. I tell him we're not interested, and he says, but it's free! I say, I don't care we are still not interested. He wants to know why so he can make a note, and I tell him that I don't need a reason, and simply to note that we're not interested. He persists, and I threaten to report him to the BBB. At this point he'll claim he cannot hear me very well, or just hang up. When I call back the number is disconnected, and Internet searches point that Fazio business in Queens. Very annoying.
