I'm going under the assumption that this is a spoofed number, but it is most likely coming from Canadian scammers. They want you to wire the money to upstate New York. After that, they come across the border, grab the money and go back. The FBI has no jurisdiction in Canada. You never have to pay for winnings, it is illegal for an American citizen to participate in a foreign lottery and you can't win a contest you didn't enter. Don't be fooled when they tell you that your name was chosen because you were a loyal customer at Wal-Mart, JC Penney, etc. They are all lies to get your money.

Report these people to police. Hopefully police department in your State will track them down.

These people said they are with Global Sweepstakes Agency and says I have won $750,000.00. I checked with the BBB in New York, and Ohio from where I got the calls from, and the BBB has no info on them.  They did fax me a bogus fax sheet, with my name, etc.  They wanted me to send $375.00 to a accountant in Conn., and they would process my money.  RIGHT!!!  No deal, I am keeping my $375.00.

Its aid that there are people in this world like this. They told my elderly neibor that they were form publishers clearing house. They wanted her to send $250 and if it want for me asking her what it was for they would have got it. We should call them every day and show them how it feels to be aggrovated! Thanks to yall for putting up the site . Be careful there another on that called her two weeks ago and they are from jamaca. They said that they were with the mgm grand hahaha. NO ONE will take her for nothing with me around.

These people are crooks taking poor people, (older) for all their life savings. They don't care about you and how much you hurt.
I can't believe they get away with it. They should be in prison.
Give you names like "Roger Sims, Garfield ?  Call on all kinds of lines and all over the states. Why can't the FBI do something????????
