These people have been harassing me the same way for a month and every week it is a different telephone number and exchange I have reported to FCC. Please everyone that receives this call REPORT to FCC and FBI so these innocent people that have actually paid them out of fear will not be taken advantage of again.  Luckily I knew I owe no one so there was no way I was paying them but I saw many storied online that alot of people did.  Please report!!

received call stating i was going to jail stating my info was or sent to mckenzie law firm called the lawyer he stated that they are a scam and he get's call's from people saying they are his business wanting money sent to them right away or someone will be to arrest you. the other number is and to be on the look out is 917-460-0373. indian tone of voices and they try to change there voices has well they say you owe cash advance america or cashnet.com from 4yrs ago, they are getting people info online some way aand the name i got today was david watson from mckenzie law firm and they have this lawyers info down pack.

I was called several times by this # unfortunately I was scamed he had so much of my private information that I believed what he told me and sent him the money I just received another phone call from him 2 weeks after the first time when I sent the money This time I just hung up.

I received a call today from this number and was told that they were from the McKenzy Law Firm and they were calling in regards to a loan I had received and that I owed.  I never received or applied for a payday loan.  I don't even have a bank account and no need to apply for a loan.  When I told them that I had already filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and would be providing their information to the FTC and adding it to my fraud report they hung up.  I called back to inquire of the name of the Law Firm again I was repeatedly asked to identify myself when I stated I didn't have to provide them with my information and asked can they give me their location they screamed no and hung up.  I will be contacting my local authorities again and adding this information to my identity theft and fraud report.  I would advise everyone to file a report with the FTC giving them as much information as possible to stop this harassment.

I got a call this morning at 10:10am from David Waston from this 718-690-9021 number. He said I owe 600 dollar to a cash advance company. Oakview law firm group was press charges against me if I dont pay it today. He spoke in accent like he was from the middle east area. I had to pay 200 today I told him I don't have 200. I paid 100 the given me moneygram info to who to send it to. I ask them I should send it to the company. They told me to send it to Floyd Bradshaw  for 110 dollar in DE. If i dont pay it pressing charge and suiting me. This guys are wrong help me find them.

They was filing a law suit against me if  I don't pay it today. The officer said his name was David Waston with Oak View Law group. I had to make a payment today of 200 dollar I told them I don't have 200. I paid 100 dollars in a moneygram to them with it send to Floyd Bradshaw living in DE. I ask them I should send it to the company, if I owe money. They make up a story saying I would be serve paper to go to court if I don't pay today. I had to call them back fax a copy of the moneygram to them. They just call me talking about they was sending a confrimation number to my email address, but I don't get one. I  told them I was going to report them. I have a copy of moneygram and fax I send to them. Please help me find these guys.

harassing phone calls threatening arrest and bench warrant

We have been receiving calls from this number for several days.  They call 3 or 4 times a day and leave messages.  I called them back today and asked what type of business it was.  They said it was a law firm.  I told them they had a wrong number and to stop calling our home and leaving messages.

Called me and told me I owed over 12,000 dollors to some payday loan company I never heard of.  Telling me I was a piece of s*** for not paying the loan.  They can't access my checking account to get their money, of course they can't, bank won't let them.  Told him to send me papers in the mail.  He said I should have recieved court documents all ready.  I have nothing.  He then told me I had to go tell my supervisor what I did because they were going to serve him/her with the court papers at my place of employment.  I told him I wasn't falling for his scam.  I'm getting tired of the calls and I'm not falling for the threats.  One cannot be arrested for a loan.  One does not have to tell his/her supervisor about what is going on in his/her life.  I told him all the crap he was saying to me was illeagal and against federal law.  I told him one day the feds will catch up with them for their criminal acts.  They just caught a group running this same scam in California.  They were from Indinia.

Second time they called me. I missed the call yesterday and decided to call back. The person I spoke to said his name was Officer Mark and I was being sued, I told him he was a liar and full of ****. After going back and forth woth him I hung up, I called back because I wanted to know what payday company he was calling about, so I could cal them and tell them what was going on. Of course he refused and after I said ti go F himsrlf I hung up. They just called again and I asked, Habla Espanol. After saying that 3 or 4 times I was talking to a dialtone. Hope they cal again, my wife will answer and she speaks fluent German.

Don't worry about it, total scam I have gotten several calls from people like thst. All of my loans are current, if you are worried call the payday loan company they are supposed to be representing, even they will tell you to ignore them.

I keep getting this call from this number and once it was from Marve Carol, then Carlos White saying they are from Oakview Law Firm and that someone is suing me and that I need to call them ASAP, or I will have police at my job and my home. The last call I got at my work this morning asking if I was Barb XXXX and I said yes, he said hold on while I get my senior officer on the line. I said no, he gave me his number to call him back and he was very mean and rude. Then mins. after that a Marve Carol called my cell phone and left a msg. that there a State suit being filed against me and that if he didn't hear from me then I could expect to have the police at my work and home to arrest me. What is this, I haven't called them back but will tonight after work

I have received daily calls from this phone number, the guy said his name is David Watson. He had a thick indian accent. He advised I owe Advance America over 1300.00 for a loan that I never got. When I asked for him to send me documentation, he said they couldnt until I made a payment. Today, he called again. Although his previous threats of jail time, criminal prosecution, and not being able to work initially scared me, now I am just pissed off. One of the big red flags was that he said their system couldnt process any payments under $150.00.

I went to the Advance America website, and on the homepage there is a link listing this as a scam!!!! Please BE AWARE and dont send them any money.

This number calls me no less than 20 times a day. They are very rude and threatening. How can i get them to stop calling. Its 5 to 8 calls one right after the other 3 to 4 times a day. I am tired of it.

Hi I received several threatening phone call today from this number and he used the name Simon Jones.  I am so relieved after google this number to see everyones response. I am totally going to report this to the FBI also.

Several calls made to my phone from this number. They stated that they are from Oakview Law Firm and that they are an officer and I have a fraud complaint against me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they put someone one. They continued say threats to me and say legal action will be taken against me. Funny thing is that I work for a law firm, I am in the process of purchasing a home and nothing has shown up on my credit report. THIS IS A SCAM.

Same call for me at work. when I asked for copies of the legal documents before going any further he started yelling "check your email". He then stated they would come arrest me from my job. then stated , "You don't f**k check you email, and don't f**k pay your bills. Monday you f**k go to jail." I asked if I could put him in hold to establish a conference call with my lawyer, he hung up

My scam artist called saying that I owe direct payday. he had a indian accent which was my first clue that he was full of crap. I told him he was a scam and to mail me the lawsuit info so I could give it to my attorney. Funny how these people cant produce a docket number.

This person is harassing me, how do I get it to stop?

I got this phone call from  this law firm stating that my ss# is under investiation and that if I did not call back
that the law enforcement would be at my home or my work place
I was freaking out.

i got a call also he said his name was carlos white from oakview law group and said that i owe them $200.00 i didn't answer my phone the left a message. but i have debt consoladations through them if oak view wanted anything they would of sent me an email. and i called there number back and when they answer i hung up.then they tried to call me back like 2 or 3 times in a row but i did not answer my phone.

I have reported them to the FBI when they previously called me, now they are calling me on my cell phone from this  phone number.

Today, they spoke with a co worker of mine and asked to speak with my supervisor!  This is getting completely out of hand.

What should I do to get these calls to stop?

Payday loan scam.You will NOT be arrested.
Debt is a CIVIL matter, not CRIMINAL.

I received this same call and freaked out. I have only two pay day loans and they are current. I have had some in the past but years and years ago.  He told me I had to pay 355 today I would be arrested and facing charges for FRAUD! Has anyone been served paperwork? But yet they didnt want to provided me with any paperwork about the supposed debt owed.

I got the same call the man said I owed 526.00 on a loan from cash America from 2008 said I was going to be arrested on Monday he said his name was officer David Watson he said I could take care of it if I paid 300 dollars today I've been done this way twice by this number and another number this is so wrong I really wish these people would stop he even told me to hire a lawyer

I received a call from this man today saying I was going to jail if I didn't pay money on a loan I never got these people have done this to me twice with a different number before this is really getting old!!!!
