If you have ever attended medical meetings and talked with one of their representatives and had your badge scanned... you have basically given them permission to fax to your number and call you. They produce products to relieve sinus-related problems (Sinus Rinse) and ear wax removal kits. I know this because they first called my home number, my machine answered and there was a fax beep. Minutes later... they sent a fax to my fax machine and the number appeared. Interestingly, there is no number to call on the fax to be taken off of their list and the only contact information given is their web site WHICH DOES NOT GIVE A CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL. The web site is a "Training Module" which first asks you for MORE information. They advertise that if you complete the module... you get some free product.
Also... on the fax they sent from this number is a different fax number at the top of the page: 707-525-3705
You might want to send a fax back to both of their numbers asking to be removed from their list, along with a copy of the "Do Not Call" Registry Info to let them know that if they don't you intend to report them.
Got their numbers above from a web search. They obviously use call centers for advertising and sales as the 720 number is from Boulder, Co and their office contact numbers are all in Ca.

A call from this # came thru to my cell phone and I let it go to VM since I didnt recognize it. The voice mail was a fax beep. What pieces of S&#%@

i get a fax from this number 3 times a day and another 4 from a blocked number....i'm tired

Has called at work about once or twice a month for the last 4 months. First time they called a man left a message that he was getting back to me about a quote I had requested, but no specifics were given as to for what the quote was or for whom he was calling (he just gave his first name and to reach him at that number). I've not requested a quote on anything from anyone, and this number is unfamiliar to me. No subsequent call included a voice mail, only the number showing up on Caller ID.
