Admit what? If someone supposedly owes money to debt collection agency, it's the debt collection agencies job to prove it. By LAW! A notice of validation is required to be sent to a debtor within 5 business after initial contact by the COLLECTION AGENCY! By MAIL! NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal regulation under the FDCPA. If this outfit can't, or won't, mail that notice it is rock solid evidence that they are fraudulent Junk/Zombie or BOGUS debt collectors. Pay them NOTHING! If they do mail a notice, VERIFY everything on it. If you dispute their claim, mail them a DEMAND for a complete & valid letter of validation within 30 days by Certified or Registered mail.

called my phone trying to collect a debt that was definitely not mine. The caller got an attitude with me when I demanded her contact info and email so my attorney could call her. She kept demanding that I confirm the last digits of my ss#. I told her she could kiss my a**.

Calls my business very frequently and hangs up as soon as I say my greeting. Very annoying.

Called and left no message. Called back, and the lady stated the voicemail implied they were attempting to collect a debt. Could not explain why anyone called my number.
