The caller didn't ask for us by name, he simply stated that he was calling about our refund from Cigna. We don't have Cigna insurance. I feel this was a scam because he didn't know our names. Also if he really was from Cigna, they wouldn't have our phone number in their records because we don't have Cigna.

Called me but I didn't pick up. Then it said I had a voice mail but when i went to check, there wasn't one. Strange.

Got a call from this number also at 6am. When I called the # back it said the # has been disconnected.

I missed the call as well. Oddly, when you call back you get a recording that the number has been disconnected. Their business number is 800-578-3300.
