You cannot call the phone number back to see who it is. Every time I have tried I get a message all circuits are busy.

They called and hung up before 2 rings, I think my caller back tone on my cell phone threw them off. Same thing, can't call them back.

I have receifed two calls from this number and there is no one on the line or I get this weird recording. I tried returning the call buts its always busy...
